This girl is stronger than previously assumed cause this is a boosted Hunter possession...I love Willow so much. I wanna see her have a rage moment where she doesn't have to worry about anything. She'd level the area if she had to
How did I never notice that! This is the first time I've actually processed what she's actually doing. I aspire to be an animator one day so I was only focusing on the movement she made, I was literally distracted by a "oooh, shiny!" noooo Thank you so much for pointing it out, I was too mesmerized to care about what she was doing lol
@@someonerandom8545 yes he was. When Vee started draining his magic he tried to pull himself away but couldn’t so instead of trying to break free he went for a sweeping attack to hit both Vee and Willow
Amazing how many emotions Belos's theme can convey depending on the arrangement. I've heard it grand and imposing, subtle and creepy, even strangely comforting. Take 1:52 and it sounds hopeful and empowering here. Such a simple melody that anyone can hear what they want, pretty fitting for the character

Lines for DnD villains for this music - I've forgot how great it feel, to choke someones throat with bare hands) - Light leaving your eyes is a song for me - I've just realized...You never meant anything to me, even before her.
Not for a villain, but I had planned this for an NPC if players attacked him "You know, as someone with some monster hunting expertise, I can give three advice for you. First, learn if you ever have chances taking it on. Second, learn its strong and weak spots and prepare strategy to counter first and exploit second. Third, most important in this case... make sure you attack the right monster.". My players ALMOST attacked a rakshasa in disguise, when they were at 2nd level with no magic weapons.
I hadn't officially heard the original version but i just listened to it AND I'M SAD ITDIDNT ACTUALLY HAVE BELOS' THEME IN IT... THIS IS REALLY DAMN GOOD!!! THE USE OF HIS THEME IN IT MAKES IT SOUND SO EMPOWERING AND IT HITS HARD

This is so good! Love the beat to it. It sounds like a ticking timer in a way, and it should. It was very dangerous battle, but they aren't fighting for their lives. They were fighting for Hunter's. The longer Belos possessed him. The greater his chances of dying were. His body was not designed to handle Belos' power, and the longer Belos had control. The more his power ate away at Hunter's body.

This is pretty great. Except… one thing. Listening to the actual score of “Danger, Deep Water” legitimately freaks me out, especially at the beginning. This didn’t have the same fear element to it.

this sounds like a horror bosses theme and it fits too well. I can't even imagine a chase sequence just running from goop form belos.
