Hi Michelle! Do you have a video on how to do wellness visions instead of health history? How about how to structure your coaching program?

Hey April, this is what I teach in my courses. I provide a 6-page wellness vision workbook, teach how to do coach-based discovery sessions and provide a roadmap of structure for your coaching program. My next one is coming up on May-June 2024. I'd love to have you join us. You can get on the waitlist here www.gethealthcoachskills.com/

As coach, is it beneficial to let the client know that you'll be reflecting back during a session? So, they don't feel like the husband did in your given example.

      I wonder the same

I don't think it is necessary, but it also won't harm anything to let the client know that is part of the process. Reflecting is not just parroting back exactly what the client says to be repetitive, but to deepen the exploration, build trust, to gain clarity, deepen learning and to highlight important things the client says.
