5$ to sit 10 min with unexperienced ladies who don't speak english... in many cases. Could be seedy, but often times not so much. With the ridiciously high rents, the bar scene will shrink, I'm quite sure.
We actually went in a few of the bars to play pool and the staff were nothing but friendly and seemed very laid back about asking for drinks.
