drop your strut two lower bolts let the arms hang as low as they go to take spring pressure away from the body to cradle so it doesnt want to move backwards jam the cradle to the chassis with a jack then remove the bolt one side at a time to save re alignment
When you can hear clunking from the back lol . The way shown in this video is the hard way to do it . You just undo the three bolts on the outside then the centre big bolt then you just use a big flat screwdriver into the slots of the bush and lever out took me 10 min to do both sides
He scares me 😱 when he said there’s still will be vibration after the install. I want this so bad for my GTO but I don’t want to sacrifice ride quality at the same time.
The car has a poly diff mount and solid cradle bushings and the only time its really noticeable is on rough asphalt... dont feel like it detracted from the car too much
Just go with Poly mounts. I installed them all around in my GTO and it's not bad at all. Stiff ride because it rides like a sports car now but I would think better than solid bushings.
Just needed a big strong man.
Thanks for the video!!
What vibrations will I feel and how bad is it after I install these solid cradle?
Great Video
I used polyurethane in my o5 .if you loosened both bolts a bit first its easier to get em out.it binds a little.
So can you give an update on these?
I own a 05 quick silver gto. As well as a 92 bright red firebird. I thought this video had my cars. 😂😂

Ride quality did not change at all, but you do hear slightly more rode noise.
