Now we're waiting for the second instance of court for a verdict, because after the first instance is right now legally invalid. I was trying to figure out why the album art and sound AND THE RELEASE DATES were so simlar. I said to my self " damn, 2 albums in one year. Holy fuck how?! And the sound was different. It felt off

Still no justification or motivation to be a greedy asshole and steal a legacy that you can't even keep up to, as the recent teaser material by BARTushka clearly shows. With his actions Krysiuk deserves to be erased from the legacy of this band only to be remembered as a joke in history.

The other side of the story can be found on a channel called "Vinand Sori". They did an interview with Krysiuk before this video was released. The guy sounds much sketchier than in this video. Krysiuk sounded very full of himself.

Using logic, and a musical ear, you can tell who the original composer is. Krysiuk's "version" shows he has a simple understanding of musical composition. Too add a rock swing to this style of black metal is distasteful, and ruins the whole aura. I'm also surprised Metal Blade could listen to both the original album and the new album, and foresee a return on investment. Did you sign anything that would give him rights to your intellectual property? e.g. the art, lyrics, composition. In my humble opinion this channel produces true БАТЮШКА.
Batushka already became a Cult classic Black Metal Album, so you are the genious here and the brain of the proyect and I believe you, because I got my own proyect and there's a particular sound in the way to compose the music, so I think that you can build Another Interesting and Amazing proyect with all that quality in Batushka, its a shame that always persons like this impulsed by the greed tries to take something so good to make comercial shit.
I just saw "Batushka" in Seattle last friday. Never listened at all before, but was blown away by songs i'd come to recognize by listening to Liturgiya all this weekend. As per usual with me liking a new band I have to learn about them. I cannot BELIEVE I gave Bart money after this situation and wish I had known sooner. They were selling signed picture frames for $150! If I could go back in time, I'd grab them off the wall and wipe my ass with them because that's what band thieves deserve! Dodatkowo teraz, jak Gruby wypuścił swój pojedynczy kawałek nie da się oszukać rzeczywistości - jest to jakiś kawałek muzyki, mi osobiście leży jako-tako, ale nie da się tutaj skłamać, Batushka to Twój Projekt Krzysztofie, to Twoje emocje i kompozycje słychać głośno i wyraźnie. To temu charakterowi, temu brzmieniu, tej agresji i melodyjności Fani są wierni (ja pierdole, ja to tej perce jestem wierny). Барт втихую зарегистрировал товарный знак "батюшка" на себя и сказал ему, чтоб он шёл нахрен, потом нанял музыкантов для записи нового материала под именем "батюшка". Когда Кристоф написал в инсте, что барт уволен, то барт в ответ используя свои права на группу заставил удалить аккуант из инста, а также начал везде скрывать факт случившегося. Об этом в принципе и сказано

Batushka already became a Cult classic Black Metal Album, so you are the genious here and the brain of the proyect and I believe you, because I got my own proyect and there's a particular sound in the way to compose the music, so I think that you can build Another Interesting and Amazing proyect with all that quality in Batushka, its a shame that always persons like this impulsed by the greed tries to take something so good to make comercial shit.
I just saw "Batushka" in Seattle last friday. Never listened at all before, but was blown away by songs i'd come to recognize by listening to Liturgiya all this weekend. As per usual with me liking a new band I have to learn about them. I cannot BELIEVE I gave Bart money after this situation and wish I had known sooner. They were selling signed picture frames for $150! If I could go back in time, I'd grab them off the wall and wipe my ass with them because that's what band thieves deserve!

Obecna sytuacja (tj. maj 2019) kiedy od kilku dni możemy się cieszyć `Pecn' 1` bardzo jasno pokazuje jaka jest rzeczywistość i w czyich dłoniach znajduje się charakter i brzmienie Batushki. Dodatkowo teraz, jak Gruby wypuścił swój pojedynczy kawałek nie da się oszukać rzeczywistości - jest to jakiś kawałek muzyki, mi osobiście leży jako-tako, ale nie da się tutaj skłamać, Batushka to Twój Projekt Krzysztofie, to Twoje emocje i kompozycje słychać głośno i wyraźnie. To temu charakterowi, temu brzmieniu, tej agresji i melodyjności Fani są wierni (ja pierdole, ja to tej perce jestem wierny). Więc twórz, twórz i pozwól dalej czuć tę moc, bo plotki, że projekt miał się zamknąć na jednym albumie zawsze były łezką w oku. In Derph We Trust!

I think the output from the two different Batushkas proves that Krzysztof was indeed the real brains behind Batushka.

Барт втихую зарегистрировал товарный знак "батюшка" на себя и сказал ему, чтоб он шёл нахрен, потом нанял музыкантов для записи нового материала под именем "батюшка". Когда Кристоф написал в инсте, что барт уволен, то барт в ответ используя свои права на группу заставил удалить аккуант из инста, а также начал везде скрывать факт случившегося. Об этом в принципе и сказано
