Is it a practice of NHS not bear the cost of sponsorship cost for management positions. Some one known to me is asked to pay 6300 pounds for 4 year sponsorship.
hey ritwik, does time (1 year) spent on student visa also count towards the toal 4 years? example 1 years on student visa, 2 years on graduate visa and new entrant or skilled worker pushed by one year or 2 years.
Do we need to apply for skilled worker or does the company apply on our behalf and how many days before graduate or student visa expiry date, does this need to start processed or finish the application for skilled visa?
Hey Ritwik, I am in the same situation, but I have doubt I have crossed 1.6 years in PSW if I get sponsored, should I get 2.6 years or it would be 2 years. As per 4 years cap on new entrant it should be 2.6 years. It’s a challenging for us to manage further threshold after 4 years because the threshold amount is too high and company are not paying such threshold.

Like is that possible to apply for 5 year visa after PSW or according to new entrant visa rule if we used 2 years already on psw now we can apply for only 2 years?
