- How to program the Estun E21 Controller on a Tommy Industrial 45 Ton 5 Foot Press Brake Model TIHB45-5. Similar press brake models include the Tommy Industrial 33 Ton 5 Foot Press Brake Model TIHB33-5.
Setting up for a single bend.
Setting up a multi-step program.
Jog mode vs single mode vs continuous mode.
Programming: X axis, Y axis. XP, YP, DX, RP, DLY, RP, PP, CP.
Setting up back gauge (X axis)
Setting up bend angle (Y axis)
What does “Out of UDP” mean, this means that the ram of the press brake is not in the upmost position or that the upper limit adjustment is not engaged on the side of the machine. On a Tommy Industrial Press Brakes this is upper limit stroke adjustment sensor.

You didn't bother to explain what the hell that program and those numbers you entered meant as far as what bend would be created! What the hell do I enter if I, for example want to bend a 2" long flange out of 1/8" aluminum at 60 degrees? The machine makes no sense!
