But when I see other people talking about their mental breakdown or having them, it's a little comforting, because I have them almost all nights/the time. Sometimes I feel like I am the only one feeling like that and that made it so much lonely to me. Ik it's a moment when you're feeling so vulnerable and overwhelmed, so I appreciate that you're so brave sharing it, to remember some people like me, that we're not alone in this, and everyone can feel like that sometimes, it's ok admitted, and we can help each other even just a little.
