Hello everyone I'm oliver, service manager here at Rush , Peterbilt Fontana. This guy has to be crazy, that the color of his skin, makes a difference on the quality of work we offer to our customers. He came in here pulling the race card. He's foul. Unsub. , now.
Hey you know what they say if the shoe fits wear it. Furthermore I have not said one thing about the color of my skin I just let it be known that Rush don't send their high paying customers off the right way after spending over 250k on a truck customer service in King and for you to get on here and put yourself on Blast Is puzzling as well I'm not gone bite my tongue about it. my exhaust was twisted in the wrong direction, my clutch needed adjusting, my passenger door window seal needs to be replaced my power outlets don't all work, so before you get on here throwing your title around you need to be working on your quality control on how your PDI's are done Mr Manager. Now my salesman took good care of me. BUT THE REVEIWS on Rush speak for yourl establisment you merely work for speak louder than I ever could.. And to bring race into it which I didn't that just goes to show what page you on.🤔🤔
I am going to give you words of encouragement 😊 again. Don't take black dog to the peterbuilt dealership for service. Only take the truck to the dealership for recalls. Don't ever take the truck to the becon for a wash. They use acids to cut ✂️ the grime... also try and have a little shop close by the crib to do any mechanical work... you know who your friends are. I only have enemies 💯 haters. I am always on guard.. other thing remember 💯 keep cool. @ Attitude, get you 🙄 over the haters...😅😅
@tnine3 Service for the black brother who bought a brand new 389 chrome out. The first thing I noticed is that they change out the tires to lower class of tires. Falcons on the steering. And Goodyears on the drives. Peterbuilts come from factory with Bridgestone tires all around. There is never a mismatch of tires. Now they knew a black man purchased the truck. thoes insects go to work to loosen the rod for his foot pedal..then mismatch tires were first indications, second was the foot clutch pedal. Third was the chrome on his truck. The dealership should put in the window of the truck. No negroes should buy these trucks. The same thing is the Chevrolet Silverado. That is the heartbeat of America. We as a people have come a long way with disrespect with dishonesty, etc. Just my thoughts. 🇺🇸💪💪🗳💙💙
Be grateful you're problems are enhancing you're truck and not actually having major repairs gods great and rejoice in him i would love to have you're problems for me it would be a joy and a yeha thank you Jesus thank you lord its a blessing to have your truck on show it is a beautiful truck and really grateful that you share your experience with us all very happy for you 😊thank you
Rig came out nice and shiny! That service manager comment was a clown move from him smh. We saw the mistakes when you picked up the rig and no race cards were mentioned just strictly pointed out the obvious! Do better when delivering a rig and everyone is a happy camper.

Go to a chrome shop and buy you some plastic wrap to wrap around your airlines. By looking at them over RUclips looks like you’ll need about 15 feet. Takes about ten minutes to do it yourself and is very easy to do.
Blessings brother. Truck looking great. Truck washes really do a nice job for the most part but some places don’t care. How much they charge to polish all that chrome?
@@ProviderGrind I was never able to get my drivers license I don't have dept perception in my left eye so my right eye makes up for my left eye,so I play the trucking game American Truck Simulator and I go all over the US,Mexico,Texas and Canada
@@ProviderGrind 9/10 how them lines was and how foggy your tanks and headlights was that’s what they hit you with. Got make sure its just soap and water when you trying to keep your stuff polished
Little Sisters? Really? I never had a problem with Little Sisters. I used them for over 20 years. I will have to keep a watch on them. One thing I never let a truck wash do is use brush on my truck. If they can hand wash with soft buffing type gloves then I will allow that but brushes, absolutely not. Same at Blue Beacon. No brushes. I get my tractor/trailer washed every two to three days faithfully anyway so my truck doesn’t get dirty in which you need a brush. I also get my chrome shined once a quarter in Florida when I’m home after getting my maintenance done on my equipment.
Yes champ were i had went it must have just been a cheap soap product it was so bad i thought they had ruined the paint, and it right them brushes are lightly scratching with every swipe
