Avocado sorting and packing equipment 6 lanes

This is a tailor made equipment for avocado sorting and packing, specifically designed for our customer Keitt Exporters Limited, in Nairobi, Kenya. The structure and frames are fabricated completely in stainless steel, it includes a semi automatic box dumper, receiving tank, elevator, brushing machine, waxing machine, dryers, pre-sorting conveyor for quality control, 6 lanes weight sizer, extra long packing belts and a sofisticated full box traffic control that allows the boxes to exit and travel free of collissions with other boxes. It also includes an automatic distribution conveyor that sends the full boxes to a specific palletizing area according to the avocados count and size.
