Hey Chris that steak looks very nice, I like the grill marks you put on it :-) Your cloud footage is excellent :-) Thank you so much for the Shout Out :-) Other than BBQing I do tend to look at the sky a lot :-) I will have to try grilling cauliflower sometime :-) Dude the end result of that steak is amazing and looks really delicious :-) An Extra BIGG thumbs up :-) Growing up we had some neighbors who's family was from Poland and they would make homemade pirogies and share with the neighbors, they were really delicious :-) Have a great upcoming weekend Chris :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
Thanks MegaFred, the GrillGrates make some nice sear marks. While I had a couple of minutes between flipping the steak... I looked up at the sky and thought of you and decided to record some footage... Cauliflower on the grill or roasted in the oven is how I like to cook it... has great flavor this way. Steak was great... pirogies Rock!! Have a great weekend also... \m/
those grill marks on the steak where truly amazing Chris, beautiful sky too, a perfect evening to grill some steak, killer looking dish Chris, you are rocking it!!!!
“Grate” job with that steak, Chris. ;) Oh and I love the periogies on the side, man I love those things. I need to make some soon. Nice shout out to MrFred, always enjoy checking out the sky. Keep looking up! Hey thanks for joining in on the Smoke Session last night! Hope ya enjoyed it! Cheers! 🤙🤙
Thanks Mr Barlow, I know your a fan of pierogies... they were on my plate in another video. Smoke Sessions was cool and is a great name for it... how did you come up with that? I enjoyed it just as much as you did... lol : ) Thanks again!
I keep forgetting about pierogies until I see you eating them lol! For Smoke Sessions, the original plan is to do live streams while smoking something on the Weber, and do the whole smoke - so it could potentially be several hours depending on what's cooking! Otherwise, we'll do some stuff like we did last night, which was our first try at going live. I think I may set up Smoke Sesh episode 2 this weekend when I do jerk chicken.
I'll be in Maryland at my middle daughter Erin's college, Towson U for family weekend... so depending what I'm doing and the time you go on will dictate weather I watch... we'll see.
What's up MeatHead... Do the Dew! The steak was quick, easy and turned out excellent... the GrillGrates do make for a juicy tender steak. Thanks for stopping by... will be doing the same in return. Thanks Biggs : )
Great cook Chris. Love thecauliflowers as a part of the meal - yum. Next weekend we travel south to our summer house (fall house now i guess ;) ) And i willd o a cook on my Weber Q which has grllgrates now :) Cant wait to try them. Thank you for sharing :)
Never had grilled cauliflower, gonna have to try it soon. Your steak looked so delicious. Your clouds were just a nice as Fred's. We live so deep in the woods, I don't see anything except directly over my house.😂Thanks for sharing😃
Hey Christy... roasting cauliflower in the oven on high heat for 40 mins is a great way also. I don't like cooking it on a charcoal cooker as it gives it a smoky off taste. Figured I film some clouds while the steak was cooking... thought Fred might like that. Take care... have a great weekend : )
Thanks HMBbq... it was good! GrillGrates produce a real nice steak... as long as the grates are heated up enough at least 550 deg F. My grill temp was 500... I'm sure the grates were 550-600 deg. I don't have one of those surface temp thermometers. Perogies rock for sure.. everyone likes them... swimming in butter, than some sour cream!!! GrillOn \m/
Thanks Mike... this steak did turn out grate... this was to my liking... glad you like yours that way also. GrillGrates do make for a juicy steak... Thanks!
Roasting cauliflower on high heat 450-500 for 40 mins or so in the oven is a great way to cook it also... steak was awesome and the perogies rocked... Thanks!
Doing well Ashely... hoping all is well on your end and glad to hear your keeping busy. The steak was great... the GrillGrates make it tender juicy! Thanks and have a great weekend : )
Nice lookin grill marks on a nice lookin steak on the Master Chef, just one of the many grills & pits in the Biggs Home Cookin Arsenal. What's a periogie? Just looked it up Pierogi, also known as varenyky, are filled dumplings of Central and Eastern European origin. Although the word pierogi is plural, most English speakers use it as if it were singular and add s or es for plural. Wikipedia Place of origin: Central and Eastern Europe Main ingredients: Dough: flour, eggs, water; Filling: various
PiF... great steak cooked with the GrillGrates... makes a nice juicy steak! I have 6 outdoor cookers that I cook on. Tom H is the guy with many a cooker. Pierogi similar to the ravioli... put whatever you want in it. Thanks again for the shout, it nudged me along... till next time BiF : )
