On the key card thing If you lay down infront of the key card machine in the middle of laying down spam E until it makes you do the animation twice and you will get 2 key cards
We do get better looking blueprints in codm. There's many blueprints with unique geometry, in battle passes and they've been giving some different geometry to the original blueprint of a weapon for free more often now.

Wunderwaff is super easy to get. You get the blueprint to craft one by just doing the missions. Its an act 3 mission. But its still not hard to get.
