Will you are a brilliant singer!
In the 50s when I was a boy there were two train makers in this country, one is Lionel which is O gauge, and American Flyer which is S gauge, my dad bought me the American Flyer trains because they were two rail not three and you could buy scale track. s gauge is slightly smaller than O gauge. At one point Lionel purchased American Flyer and basically almost no S gauge trains are sold anymore.....
befrank88 Thanks for the most useful comment!
the hornby Thomas has been improved
Great vid
i like the d261 the desiel out of mail box
Haha love the try at the American anthem. Although I do believe that you were humming a Christmas song ;) Keep up the great videos
Just wow is that the old bochmann Thomas box
I still have my American Flyer trains, the oldest is from about 1949 or 1950, the other is from 1951 or 1952
Nice Video!
Nice
Hi will,
S gauge seems to be the american line between HO gauge and O gauge.
I forgot to tell you that I love your videos. P.S do more N gauge reviews and runs!
I need to catch up on these videos but there is some very nice stuff there and I bet my n gauge jinty will need the extra connection by how long it's been standing
Quip as xml also zoo voodoo setup
That sounded more like "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" for most of it :P
Also, send the Model-Signs guy a message saying "Okay, I showed the package, you can stop procrastinating site maintenance now", because his site is currently in a state of incompleteness.
My comment was from 2015
Quick suggestion for you Will any locos sent in and run on your track could be issued with a certificate saying I've lapped the IC82 conservatory layout and appeared in one of his RUclips videos.
S gauge is 1/64 scale I think. Its a little bigger then HO.
I would love to know where you put all your toys
Im sure your cupboards must be full of trains!
hopefully i can send the bluebell railway train pack at some point in the summer, sadly stepney doesn't move backwards, so maybe she could go to crew works.
Bradley Cobden Sounds an interesting pack!
S gauge is a classic American set. Now most S gauge is either scratchbuilt but there are a couple of small manufacturers which make S gauge. S gauge is apparently the most practical scale for the actual scale, it is 1:64, which in my opinion would be the easiest scale to scratchbuild other than 1:100 however there is no model railway scale of 1:100. Hope this helps
Peter Irving Thanks for the information!
S gauge is bigger than oo it was made by Gilbert in the 50s
Ha will
Do a review on the class 1400
In GWR livery the airfix one
I've got my own colapsible hornby layout and I have 8 trains and I am 10
S gauge is a little bigger than HO/OO at 1/64 scale, there isn't too big a market for s gauge but it's quite a different way to model, one of my favorite layouts seen on youtube is in Sn3(which means S gauge but modeled to a 3 foot track gauge) it's Bill Scobie's Rio Grande southern, check it out you will not be dissapointed
s scale is slightly larger than the standard oo gauge, and is genarally the same as what most department store toy train set use. 1:64
Netherfield Junction So it seems! It'a a new one to me!
it is easy to forget if you want to hear the wole song its the star stanngeled banner spell check please
Jonhjon222 Ahhhh! I knew it was called something like that hahaha
S-gauge is a scale in the U.S. that is between HO gauge and O gauge.
Panzer IV Just about all of the other scales are more popular though. HO, O, N, and G. HO is the most popular scale, although N scale is growing.
Panzer IV Thanks for the info!
The Bachmann Thomas and friends models are the few British prototype models I can find in the United States...

I've commented 17 hours ago. ARE YOU THERE? HELLO? EARTH TO WILL/ IC82
While it isn't the train set, one can get Hornby products in the US shipped from Canada. Hornby has recently released a Railroad Range GWR Olton Hall DCC Ready loco in maroon, along with Railroad Range Mk1 maroon BR coaches which can be bought individually. All at a good price. From internet locations one can buy Hogwart Express etched nameplates to install on the Olton Hall loco. There is no need to buy a train set. I bought them from Model Railway Imports from St. Cathernines, Ontario, Canada...very near Buffalo, New York, USA. Create you own Hogwarts Express from this year's Hornby releases. Check out their web site. One should be able to buy the loco and three to four coaches for around $200. A train set costs more. www.modelrailwayimports.com/products.php?BID=8
SeaToby11 The Hornby Hogwarts Express train sets used Ringfield motor older model Castle class loco. In the movies a BR Hall class loco was used along with BR Mk1 coaches, actually the GWR Olton Hall Hornby has released this year. I am hoping and expecting Hornby to release next year a Railroad Range TTS Sound version of a Hall class loco. It would be very nice to have a Hogwarts Express loco with TTS Sound. Please Hornby, please, please.
Can I have the flying Scotsman. It is $199.00 plus $50.00 in shipping.
S=1:64 scale (hot wheels use this)
