I like that we are increasing the number of true Blue fans on the staff - folks who are not just doing it for the job, but want to see the club they have supported their whole life do well. This is a very healthy scenario. Fans running the club from the inside. The club seems to be going in a very good direction. I am really hoping for a good pre-season - they are often a nightmare.

This one will probably also be a nightmare. An overhaul of staff never mind the amount of players leaving will create an amount of instability that will eventually even out
