Hi everyone, thank you for watching! In this video, we explore the top 10 OSHA violations of 2020 and how you can prevent similar citations. What did you think of the list? Was it what you expected?
Thank you for sharing Ally mam genuinely it's worth watching . #9 PPE was nicely executed with phenomenal examples. I have been listening SJL by Abby Ferry mam since long . I have listened your EP too. And have been reading newsletter by Brandy Bossle mam Currently I have started learning by you too.. Keep up the great work mam. I'm gonna share on some of my WA group..which r based on EHS professionals .🙏
Have you considered having this video but instead of targeted to the company, targeted to the employee? That would be great to show in my annual safety training.
You can, but employers are required to do a hazard analysis to choose the right PPE for the job so if there are no overhead hazards, they wouldn't need to require employees to wear hard hats. When it comes to straps, I'm guessing you mean fall protection straps? In that case, it also depends on several factors. So, in short, the answer is, you may always call OSHA but they will need to determine if there have been OSHA violations based on their evaluation.
@@Dmo94 yep you can be compensated of course you can here's a list on a piece of paper that you take to the nearest hardware store and buy yourself a headlamp and maybe a fall protection harness and if you lose some freaking weight you might get somewhere, can what's your company can do for you what can you do for your company spoiled brat some other countries that are not that fortunate you make the money go spend the money.

Many small construction companies don’t use straps or helmets for employees. If I see this can I call OSHA?
