Broke off a five year relationship with my fiancé. We’re supposed to be getting married in February 2022 and he was my best friend but we got together while we were both young and the relationship was great but rocky and as we’ve grown we realized that we are not compatible as long-term partners in adulthood. My heart is broken And I can’t stop crying. I spent the last five years of my life with this person thinking he was my forever but I know that God has a plan for my life. I broke up 3 years ago after a 10year relationship...It hurt but I was not broken .Somehow even then I believed that it was in God's plan.I have met a God-fearing man a year ago.He has led me to God. I am so blessed .I now understand why I had to go through that pain because I now feel I have a purpose in life...Doing the work of our Lord.

I have had a lot of losses since October of last year and I was going to work and realized that I have brought my emotions from them dying to work with me and it was affecting how I was working but I still sit and cry every now and then but I had blamed myself thinking if I was only there I could have done something to help but I know now there was nothing I could have done and I know that God is there every step so thank you God for being there with me every step of the way
I relate to you… I have lost my brother, my sister, and my partner in the span of 2 years. Because of the pain of my grief I chose to do things that brought me to a place of rock bottom. I can’t explain it and do it justice, but I can see how God’s hand has been in my life… I have a hard time trusting after everything that’s happened, but I have this desire to grow closer to God regardless… I am so glad I landed on this page and read this comment because I feel less alone.
