Very nice idea howerver it feels as if the Axis at least in Europe have at least twice the chance of getting nuked for example slovakia got turned to dust and russia barley had 5 nukes dropped on them

It was bound to happen due to the setup. You can see the amount of nukes everyone took in, on average, by looking at the minors. SOV was going to have an easy game indeed due to the number of provinces/states, and most of them being underdeveloped. GER was going to have the hardest game due to their states development.

It's a % per country, per day. 5% pre-Barbarossa. 20% past it.
