I LOVE WATCHING YOUR VLOGS. Just a helpful hint that my grandmother use to do to swallow pills. She always had a hard time to swallow pills too. She use to put the pill in some apple sauce and then it was easier to swallow. Just a spoonful with the pill in the spoon and then swallow the apple sauce. Just a helpful tips.
