How to connect power supply to Ramps 1.4 board

Hello, I am unable to get a raspi and hence I have decided I will just use a VM on my computer and connect my computer to the ramps. The issue is that I have 7 steppors, that means two ramps. My question is, am i able to connect ramps to ramps, and then pull a wire from one of my ramps to my laptop? Will the ramps connected to my lap, be able to show all signals from the other ramps attached to it?
