No one Vlogs the great historic events, places and people like you Jordan.. Every kids hero, The Babe!! There's nothing more American than Baseball and Babe Ruth!!
I am so glad you were able to get to Babe Ruth! He sure was bigger than life. Almost like a big kid! I appreciate your enthusiasm and the history you told us. I know more about him now. He was so gracious to his fans, I love that, a one-of-a-kind human. As for Billy Martin, I used to love watching him argue with the umps, what a character!
I share the same feelings about demolishing the old field. I went to a Yankees game back in the early 2000's and my friend had season tickets, so we went to the Pinstripe club, when I walked out to our seats, I got goosebumps looking at the field and the names out in the field.
Babe Ruth was one of a kind!! Bigger then life!! One of my favorite baseball players!! Thanks Jordan!! There are certain people that stand out and give back, Babe did that for me!! Enjoyed Billy Martin too!!!
I’m a big Yankee fan. My mom was a big fan, my grandpa was a big Brooklyn Dodger fan. He was born in Brooklyn. I don’t miss a game! I met Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra and Whitey Ford at a card signing event. Whitey pinched my cheek! 💕. Great vlog. I’m glad you got to see a game. Safe travels. 🦁❤️
I've never been a big sports fan but Babe Ruth is an American icon and I would definitely visit his grave. Took my little sister to Cooperstown years ago because she and my other sister are huge Yankees fans so I know they'll love this vlog. So happy I took my little sister to the old Yankee Stadium before they tore it down. Great storytelling Jordan!
I just watched this magnificent vlog after I watched your new Babe Ruth Museum vlog. I am a huge fan of Babe Ruth, enjoyed seeing his and the great Billy Martin's graves. Thank You for showing me Yankees Stadium and the youth ball fields where the Babe played.
Hi Jordan, it made me smile slightly, (nicely!) at Babe Ruth's grave. Not a single flower, just a load of baseballs, but imagine if each of those balls were a bunch of flowers, it just shows what a true legend he was!! Great that you got to go in the old grounds of the stadium and I liked you walking us through it. Hope you had a good game. Great vlog Jordan.
Babe Ruth was a great man. He died so young. So awesome you got to see a Yankees game! My Dad is a diehard Yankees fan. Watches every game. I will show him this, he will love it.
Great vlog! When I was a kid, we had friends who knew his sister Mary. I think they were the only survivors out to adulthood out of eight kids. Anyway, Mary Ruth Moberly came to our house a few times with them! They took her for groceries and to appointments all the time when she became a widow. I had a signed (by her) lithograph of him and a medallion of him! I got her to sign one for a friend of mine. I don't know where mine ever got to but hope my old friend Phil still has his! She was truly a gracious and extremely lovely person and I feel lucky to have gotten to know her. She loved him and I'm sure he loved her, too. You could ask her anything you wanted about him and she'd tell you! Both were very kind people. Job well done, Jordan!
So very cool Jordan. The Babe was the Elvis of baseball! There will never be another. The greatest of all time. Thank you so much for letting us all see this. I’m definitely going to visit. I would have loved to visit the House that Ruth built. How incredibly sad that it’s gone. God bless Jordan.
I've never been a baseball fan, but I TRULY appreciate hearing about people's life stories. Thank you SO much for the very detailed information about the Babe. Simply fascinating! I love the very detailed and in depth info that you always give, so thank you!!
Excellent volg with so much interesting information. Yankee stadium was also the home of another star of the NY Yankees, Joe DiMaggio, the Yankee Clipper. One of the greats of the game.
I have been to Babe Ruth and Billy Martin,s grave is actually in the next tow over from Hawthorne in Valhalla, NY. The cemetery is called Gate of Heaven. James Cagney is there too. He is in a wall vault there.
Jordan, you are the BEST RUclips VLOGGER EVER! So many times I'm not really interested in the subject that you're vlogging, but I start watching and find that I WATCH THE WHOLE THING and learn so much! You are absolutely fascinating in how you get into your subjects and get so excited about them. It is addictive. You make us all want to feel what you do, and sometimes we go off to explore the men, women and places you've shown us. Again, a great vlog...thank you so much. Don't ever stop doing what you're doing now. You excel at it!
Legend has it, that old @ Comiskey Park (named after owner of the White Sox) the Babe once exited the dugout, and clubhouse, during the game, to go get a draft beer, @ McCuddy's Tavern. McCuddy's stood directly across 35th Street, from the visitor's dugout. It is said Babe had his beer, in full uniform, finished his brew, and reentered the field. FYI, for current baseball fans, Old Comiskey stood across the street from today's Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox (today it's a parking lot).
You did you do an amazing job with this vlog! I'm thrilled that you got to achieve this well deserved experience. I also admire how you can always manage to navigate through big cities.
BABE, what a legend. Never been anyone like him. I remember seeing Billy Martin throwing tantrums on the field. Lol. What a live wire. Wow. The stadium is cool. In 2020 the Yankees and White Sox are supposed to play at the Field of Dreams. That will be awesome. Thank you for a great vlog. Much love to you and Jah ❤❤❤🦁. Be safe
Your right about the old stadium. You’d think there would be a bit more of a tribute besides a empty field. I’am glad at least we have that! TY Jordan!
Thank you for sharing Jordan. Great tribute to the greatest baseball player that will ever be. You are right when you stated it was a honor to pay respects next to Mr. Ruth. I'm sure he is up in heaven partying with the Lord.
@@ajogg oh I guess I don’t really get it because I never really watched baseball and honestly am only 14 but I jus watched The Sandlot yesterday and they were talking about “The Great Bambino”, which with translation means ”The Great Baby” , I thought to learn more about “The Greatest Player To Ever Set Foot On A Baseball Diamond” as my former American History teacher put it (she loves the sandlot)
You do such a great job, Jordan. I always comment that you give me the opportunity to see places I thought I would never see. It's amazing how you make traveling look so easy. I'm always afraid of getting lost in a strange place, and I always seem to. Thanks again and best wishes from Rhode Island.
That terminal was really nice. I do not know much about Babe Ruth I sure do now. You did great with this tribute to Babe, well done. Wonderful vlog lots to see and learn. Thank you very much Jordan :)
Super fun vlog (after all they crying yesterday) and I wish you had your gpa with you. I am so glad you were able to have a great day!!! I LOVED learning all the things you taught us about Babe Ruth...fantastic character. I really enjoyed your vlog! Thanks for the fun
Great vlog. Loved seeing where Billy and Babe Ruth are laid to rest. RIP to both of them. Loving the New York vlogs. Thanks for taking us along with you. Hope you enjoyed the game. Safe Travels and Take Care.
I’m a fan of the Cardinals but would love to visit Yankee Stadium. I use to have a T-shirt from the 2000 subway series. Got to see the Yankees play at Old Comiskey Park back in 1996.
Diehard Orioles fan here, but loved this vlog! St. Marys became Cardinal Gibbons High School. They had a Babe Ruth display. I have a piece of the truck Billy Martin died in. A friend of mine was the forensic pathologist who proved Bill Reedy was driving the truck...drunk. He moved Billy's body to make ot appear like Billy was driving. I believe his widow, Jill, still lives in the Binghamton/Vestal New York area where he died. Another link to me and the Yankees is a Casey Stengal autograph I have on a postcard. My great grandfather and him were fishing buddies. Postmark was Oct. 1969, about the time The Mets beat my beloved Orioles in the World Series. Casey was the Mets first Manager.
A very heartfelt vlog, Jordan, I loved it! I have been a big fan of the Yankees for 20 years now. The last few I haven't really been into baseball at all, but this sure sparked a flame inside me! Well I knew absolutely nothing about Babe Ruth... you have certainly enlightened me! Thanks, Jordan! So happy you got to check this off your bucket list.

Even though the new stadium fits less people, they charge premium seating and parking at insanely high rates... All about the almighty dollar and greed by the Yankees...
LOVE this trip, love this vlog. I’m a huge baseball and Yankees fan. They renamed River Ave for Mariano Rivera being elected the first unanimous hall of famer. And as a fan I absolutely agree with you, it was all about the $ and luxury boxes. Fans are still ticked off. A Beautiful tribute, Jordan!

THAT WAS SOO AWESOME, JORDAN!! My dad LOVED Babe Ruth, and has autograph ball from The Babe, of where it is, I have no idea, but I know he had one! Because that's he talked about! LOL! Awesome Vlog Jordan! ! I’m not much a baseball lady, but I really enjoyed this vlog !! Hope you had a lot of fun there !! Your the Bomb 💣 Jordan 🌹 Loves to the Jahster 😘💋💋💋💋
I really enjoyed this vid. I remember Billy Martin, most, as manager of the Tigers. I feel the same way about Yankee Stadium as I do about Shea Stadium, and Tiger Stadium. They should have never been torn down.
I have a story for you! When I was born, almost 62 years ago, on the way to the hospital my mom said to my dad, "If it's a boy, Benny Russel, if it's a girl, Betty Rose". Daddy thought about it for a while and said, "Could it be Ruth instead of Rose?" And she agreed! Fast forward to my teen years when I played girls league, slow pitch, softball. I pitched and played outfield when not pitching but couldn't hit for anything until I tried batting left. That's when I started hitting homers!
Too bad I missed you Jordan. The Babes resting place. That’s right Jordan he grew up in Baltimore. Guess you walked from the train stop to the Babes grave? ⚾️ Thank you Jordan for this Vlog. Hope you enjoyed the game at Yankee Stadium .
My boyfriend & his family are big Yankee fans. Mickey is his all time fav but Babe Ruth is a tie for first place. He has been to Yankee Stadium, I believe the old stadium, saw Mickey play among others. He's been watching old games on tv since there aren't any being played. Mary
I love 1. Babe Ruth too man! He's tops for me as well. 2. Roger Clemens 3. Nolan Ryan 4. Pete Rose 5. Randy Johnson are my top five. Such an awesome vlog Jordan! Thanks! Oh yeah, Im really digging the beard man. Im rockin one too. Id feel weird without it.
Really enjoyed this vlog! I love baseball so everything was very interesting! It was so neat to see Babe's grave and the original Yankees stadium. My stadium that I want to see a game played in is Fenway Park. Wish I would have done that before Big Papi retired.
Players like the Babe played the game the way you should play it. I'm glad you got to see the baseball god's final resting spot. I'm happy for you Jordan:)
Love all of your videos, your a great tour guide Jordan, love all your baseball videos so much as I live in ireland 🇮🇪 🍀 and you make the world so small 😊 thank you so much, but I have to say you have had a perfect game here, love the babe you really hit a home run with this video, you ever think of doing the birth place of babe ruth 😊
Beautiful tribute to Babe Ruth. I agree with you, J. When they tore down Yankee Stadium they tore the heart out of the team, and the mystical magic with it. Because the Steinbrenner boys did it for money (as you said, the luxury boxes.) Today, they can hardly fill it. Boooo!

I grew up to hate the Yankees (as a Mets fan), but always loved the legend of "The Babe". Awesome vlog today as usual. Nice to see NYC again as well.
I don’t see how you can hate one team over the other when they’re teams originating from the same city

Really enjoyed your video on the Babe & the Yankees.
Now that is how to visit a place. Take trains and subways. Get the real feel of a place. Thumbs up!
Thank you, Thank you, for bringing me home again....been too long❤️
Aw man, do I miss traveling anywhere. Grand Central.
My boyfriend & his family are big Yankee fans. Mickey is his all time fav but Babe Ruth is a tie for first place.
He has been to Yankee Stadium, I believe the old stadium, saw Mickey play among others. He's been watching old games on tv since there aren't any being played.

Oh man Jordan! What a good video! Now I have to read his bio! Didn't know he was a pitcher, always learn something from you.
He was a great pitcher, at that.. just, a better bat!
Great vlog Jordan always loved the Babe and all the baseball history. Enjoy the game.
Thank you Jordan for another amazing video
Amazing vlog today. Love the Yankees and The Babe. loved some of The Bronx. Missing my home state.
Players like the Babe played the game the way you should play it. I'm glad you got to see the baseball god's final resting spot. I'm happy for you Jordan:)
I'm so glad your Cincinnati Reds won the WS over the Yanks in `76. My favorite player growing up (even though I was a Mets fan) was Johnny Bench.
HOMERUN Jordan! A winner! Never knew the Babe rests' in Hawthorne (our married name)~
Your vlogs are the best, Jordan! 👍🏻😄
Awesome Jordan!! ⚾️. I LOVED it.
i loved this thankyou ! funny timing the last week i have watched THE STRATTON STORY ! FIELD OF DREAMS AND STRATEGIC AIR COMMAND ! LOL
Boooo!
Yes!!! The curse of the great Bambino. Lol I bought my family Christmas presents in 2003 Tee shirts that said Reverse the curse lol
Fantastic vlog!!! I’m a huge Yankee fan and this was awesome!!
Awesome 👍😊 😁 thank you for sharing Jordan ❤️
Great vlog, nothing beats baseball vlogs, top 5 vlog for sure
