I tried NED Rig and worms at the reservoir not one bite. I figured maybe the Valco Ponds water is warmer so I'll hit them up. Then I see this video definitely gonna hit them up.
They're good bass baits for sure. The bite at the res should be heating up any day now, but it's already getting there at most of the local ponds since they're more shallow
Last I spoke with a CPW worker about it, 1-3 allow floating, 4 & 5 are bank fishing & catch & release only, and 6-7 are still entirely off limits. Hope that's helpful! I usually do well floating pond 3 which is the long, narrow pond near the road 👍
Yeah, I barely ever fast twitch my jerk baits. I like to run them slow like that, but you see guys like Jon B burn them in with awesome success too, so I don't think there really is a wrong or right way as long as the fish are eating it lol
