great informative info! but unfortunately my H213H is not supported :( it have shitty touch keys and they just died. I have access to it's ribbon tape (tape that comes from monitor) and there are couple of pins in this connector. Do you know how i can get scheme for these buttons? I wish to just short correct pins (thats why i want to know which i have to short for 'clicking' menu, exit, left and right) and with shorting act like buttons and increase brightness... Do you know if it's that even possible?

Brother, if something goes wrong while changing the connector, the whole monitor could be damaged. It's better to go to the Acer store and have it done correctly. This way, your monitor will last longer.
