If you have placed saving faith in Christ and not man made religion, it's like being wounded in battle in the ia drang valley in Vietnam and having a fellow grunt (not an actor or perfumed prince) drag you behind an ant hill to stop taking fire till the choppers come, or comming along side another soldier in a cut off platoon that hasn't been killed yet either. That feeling, faith and morale in the darkest place, willing to make the ultimate sacrifice, for that faith.
