is it better to trade us30 at new york open only or at anytime of the day if a setup is revealed

Youre either liquidity or you're profit
So you can either
1. Place a limit order at that low with a 10 pip stop then do a 1:3 with partials
2. Get stopped out, & if you're not full blown risking ur account and your disciplined you'll be fine long term.
