@@ziggygong3312 Who is alive, me, thee, or Gene Chandler? If you mean Gene Chandler, he died many years ago. If you think that his music is still alive, I hate to mention that his music and the rest of the fine music we have enjoyed have been wooed off the radio airwaves by rap and hip-hop music. The free radio (AM & FM) radio stations do not play our kind of music since the 2000s decade. I would be lucky to get the familiar and some rare songs I never heard before available on RUclips. Thank you for typing to me.
Got this on 12 inch, I heard this back in 1978 & fell in love with it , still play it on my record player & dance x
From time to time, I hear a song that I've never heard before. This is now new to me. It doesn't matter when. AWESOME!
Such a jam
its the sweet southern soul vocals for me and the harmonies that really cuts it
Such a vibe, hindsight really makes you realise what we have lost. 😢
Is this GOD bless our love, Gene Chandler???
My favorite Gene C song😊
All I had was a few words and been lookin for this song since that one day at my Uncle's, Norfolk, summer of '79.

My biggest regret is that Gene Chandler has died. Otherwise, his music should be on top of the world.🙁
Why would you regret someone’s death? Did you kill him?
@@rgrnduI tell you what: when the rappers, hip-hopsters and the hard rockers die, that don't impress me. I just do not feel anything.
He's still alive.
