I've been watching seminars and learning about the mini bypass for a year now... I finally come to my decision that a Mini By pass has amazing results and is exactly the procedure I want done... However I'm finding it difficult to find a doctor that prefers this method in Mexico and in USA it's definitely not an option for high cost

I had a mini bypass 7 years ago, I have just spent a week in hospital due to extreme bile production and severe chest pain and vomiting, finally got to the bottom of it and have been told that the only way to fix is to now convert to a rny bypass

On the contrary, patients with reflux are very good candidates. If you have severe reflux and Barrett esophagus RnY bypass could be preferred, otherwise MGB is the best option. Your mild teflux would be sorted by MGB
