Rock pikmin are my favourite type of pikmin and whilst purples are chad tier. Rock pikmin are sill a great offensive pikmin to use. Also they can just cheese bosses that only rely on crushing or piercing.

I think their DPS is still under purple pikmin since they can't latch on.
