I think you got everything wrong. The goal with Hamas attack on 7th October was all about to create a revolution in Egypt and then force Hizbollah/IRAN to start a war they don't want to have with Israel. Hamas miscalculated how Egypt reacted probably since the Egyptians didn't care so much about Gaza that they wanted to create a revolution just to start a war with Israel. USA/Saudi/UAE has probably help Egypt to float above some kind of "bread" revolution. When the Gaza war didn't change the regime in Egypt did the Houthis tried to stop the traffic in the Suez to hurt the Egyptian economy. At this point it didn't work. After this video I more and more think that Russia is the brain behind the Hamas attack rather than IRAN, and Israel is to stupid to not understand what is going on and that will probably be the reason why Israel will not exist more than maybe 10 years if it don't change tactics. There are some good signs that Biden and Blinken understand what is going on. I also think that if there will be a war between Israel and IRAN will USA not fight in Syria and IRAQ but rather move their bases to Saudi. If they don't do it they will be killed the first week and we have the Vietnam situation that USA will lose (Putins goal). Air power is not any help against an enemy that spread out over a large area, just look at how Saudi failed to win over the Houthi "flip-flop" army. I think you got everything wrong. The goal with Hamas attack on 7th October was all about to create a revolution in Egypt and then force Hizbollah/IRAN to start a war they don't want to have with Israel. Hamas miscalculated how Egypt reacted probably since the Egyptians didn't care so much about Gaza that they wanted to create a revolution just to start a war with Israel. USA/Saudi/UAE has probably help Egypt to float above some kind of "bread" revolution.
When the Gaza war didn't change the regime in Egypt did the Houthis tried to stop the traffic in the Suez to hurt the Egyptian economy. At this point it didn't work.
After this video I more and more think that Russia is the brain behind the Hamas attack rather than IRAN, and Israel is to stupid to not understand what is going on and that will probably be the reason why Israel will not exist more than maybe 10 years if it don't change tactics.
There are some good signs that Biden and Blinken understand what is going on. I also think that if there will be a war between Israel and IRAN will USA not fight in Syria and IRAQ but rather move their bases to Saudi. If they don't do it they will be killed the first week and we have the Vietnam situation that USA will lose (Putins goal). Air power is not any help against an enemy that spread out over a large area, just look at how Saudi failed to win over the Houthi "flip-flop" army.
The only person that benefit from a war in the Middle East is Putin. All other countries will be losers incl China that need oil and gas from the Gulf for at least 10 more years.
