Like just about everything else on this planet, the headgear was designed for an average man's head. As a woman who needs CPAP, I find that so frustrating cuz the headgear is too big and will not fit right, no matter how I adjust it.
My experience is that it’s not that easy. As soon as you put the CPAP on for air leak test, the mask starts leaking though your cheeks quite a bit. So the more you tighten it, the more it hurts the bridge of your nose.
