Easy Beans Recipe

in this video,i will be showing you how i prepare beans.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of beans
1 medium onion
2 small carrots
1 medium tomato
1 small green bell pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp turmeric

You can eat it with anything! You can add it on your breakfast menu, can eat with bread, rice, pap, pasta. Very nutritious and good for babies. Mash and give baby.
