- In this 1 Hour Challenge, I'll show you how to make a beat from a sealed record. It's a good creative challenge. If you don't know if the record you chose have something to sample, it's even more challenging. If you're looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday morning, then this challenge is for you!
In the video I'm using an Akai MPC Live 2 to make the beat. If you are new to sampling vinyl, I would definitly recommend to get a record player with a pitch knob on it. The one I'm using is the inexpensive Numark PT01 Scratch, you can see me in the video using the pitch knob all the time.
