Depression is something unexplainable it has a very bad feeling that no one can understand except you, sometimes people around you start judging you but they don't know the way your heart is heavy🪨😢and you just need a deep hug🫂 you cry and cry😭 till you feel released from the pain😔 SAY NO TO DEPRESSION ❌

We are abused and become heartless,to an extent of counting life meaningless. I’m born again Christian but the stress I went through was as a result of people from same church they did much to contribute to the depression I went through, the same people after I came here to the USA they never knew where I went until I started posting myself on social media showing how I was doing. On my surprise same people that talked about me how I was falling in life started asking me how can I help them to come to USA 😢my friend am not saying that Jesus is not the medicine but people who pretend to be saying that they believe in Jesus have led to innocent people go through hell hence causing even others to go into depression.
