Yes and no: as a regular inventory user, you can make all the inventory adjustments you want, but the quantities are only saved, but not applied. Only inventory users with admin access can apply inventory adjustments.

when accidentally received wrong quantity quantity. How can we add the missing item to the inventory?
They should add a confirmation when clicking the "Validate" button to avoid human errors :/
And that several users can support inventory adjustment, as it is right now only one user can scan a location :/
