I think he always had a cool attitude about a Hollywood career --- most guys just wanna become rich and famous so they can score a lot of ass and buy a mansion --- but I think Keanu saw it as a way to work one month a year and live a laid back lifestyle --- I heard he lived in hotels during the 90's and never owned a house despite making millions in the movies --- I think the only thing he bought that decade was a couple motorcycles

MTV really shit the bed at maintaining their cultural influence. It probably would've happened inevitably in the digital age a little. There's just no life in their programming anymore, no animated shows, virtually no music, just spin off after spin off of the same tired reality show format. Not saying there's no place for reality tv, Real World was a good show, it just seems like back then there was something to appeal to everyone, now it seems like the only demographic they're after is trashy single moms
And 10,000 ridiculousness episodes.
Well actually reality TV was creeping onto MTV with shows like "Real World" but at least it wasn't totally stupid tabloid junk like "Teen Moms" and "Jersey Shore"
Remarkable how many of these people are still relevant 30 years on.
Agent Company and Publicist office you sign into is the secret. That’s their job. Now it’s I’m guessing a little easier to get known. But back then you really had to be good at your craft

I grew up as a teen in the 80's so that's my favorite decade but I think the 90's had a really interesting vibe as well --- music was slowly going downhill that decade but the grunge scene was still cool in certain ways --- I think the quality of movies was a lot better in the 90's and also the fashion --- women finally got rid of the "big hair" nonsense and dudes chopped off the silly mullets LOL --- plus, the Internet was taking off and I remember learning all the cool stuff with computers back then --- like making Word documents and PowerPoint presentations and burning songs onto CDs and then videos onto DVDs --- plus, I remember meeting girls offline after flirting with them in AOL chat rooms LOL
Back when music was actually on the channel... ahh good old times

everyone was having a good time, being themselves, no one was afraid to do or say whatever they wanted.
I was born in 93’ and the thing I remember most about that era was how everything jus felt lighter if that makes sense seems like when the 2000’s changed everything I loved started to change

I feel the star power on MTV award shows was INSANE! I don't know why it doesn't feel like that lately. Even up to the early 2010's where every single year was Twilight winning they still had huge huge stars.
I think it may be because we have so much more access and exposure on celebrities. Back then you had to wait with baited breath to see your favorite celeb on TV or in magazines between their projects. Nowadays you can just google an interview or go on their Instagram. It’s certainly lost a lot of its charm.
