YES! Whoever invented the portmanteau "eargasm" used it to describe the wrong song(s). They were anticipating the "Moments together sell them well" moment. It is perfection.
well, technically, they released 3 albums, but if you mean "doesn't count" because they didn't write new material for it, then yeah, you're right, but only in that regard.
That's bullshit, this is one of the highlights of this album. I've been listening to this, Philosopher King, and Betrayed By The Game nonstop recently.
Tiny Internet Squid and you expect Rise to be paying DGD butt loads for the music they produce. They make most of their money off of merch and memorbilia, coming from someone who knows the music industry.
@@johnh836 been my favorite band since 2007. Go down the rabbit hole and enjoy. You got a lot of listening to do! Just to note they've had 3 different clean vocalists so a lot of their albums sound unique yet the same.
I just discovered this band today by my dear friend Kevin! He played this song at work this morning at 7 am and even though I was half asleep still, I still couldn't help but headbang to it. This is the best punk band I have ever heard. This song absolutely blew me into another realm.
they are technically post hardcore. but honestly dgd encompasses so many genres in one you could probably call them anything and it would fit lol. either way i love them and this song
Man tillian deserves so much more credit. And I love jonny and im aware of the drug controversy, but man tillian Is absolutely an amazing singer. One of the best in the scene, with jonny craig, craig owens, anthony green etc
Filipe coelho but I think he is talking about the need for show the moments of your life to everyone therefore selling them, but that's my interpretation, the lyrics of DGD have the meaning you think they have, that's why I fucking love this band
"It's here, it's right THEREEEE!!!!" Probably my favorite part of the song and one of my favorite songs by them behind Lemon Meringue Tie and Shark Dad
It took them a little while to sync fully with eachother in the songwriting process. The maturity they now have is so clear in the synergy they have between Tilians melodic style and the wall of sound the guys are now creating to support those ideas. They have truly come of age and I've been addicted to this record since it released.
I absolutely love all of the harmonies that Jon and Tillian have on this album. I remember when first hearing the intro to We Own the Night I was amazed by the vocal harmony at the beginning and hoped that they'd explore that more. The completely exceeded my expectations on this album.
I am only 9 years old and I am Matt’s daughter I have seen dance Gavin Dance live at the club and I have met Matt the drummer and the lead singer Tilian and OMG I love them!!!! ❤️❤️❤️🖤
I can NOT stop dying over the drums in this whole song! 🤘 such a head slamming band, they are seriously talented as fuck when them 2 years ago when they toured with The Contortionist, amazing line up!
This song is so complex, even my rather beefy (compared to what most have) audio setup can't pick out all the details. Kudos to DGD for their sublime instrumentation.
I discovered this song some months ago thanks to Antony Vinced and now I'm obsessed with it. The power, the atmosphere, the acoustic parts and the singing are absolutely amazing!
Been a fan for 9 years. I could say this is the best most epic DGD album of all. But not my favorite. The first DBM and Happiness were just special to me.
NuggetsOfChicken yup, if you behave like you do on the internet, i feel really sorry for the ones having to deal with you on a regular basis. Maybe seek a therapist for aggressive behaviour?
Really glad i was introduced to you guys by the end of the first album/beginning of the second. Youve easily become my favorite band to listen to. I dont think ive gone more than a day without hearing at least one of your songs. Ty for the cries and bathroom shower sing sessions.
I know a lot of people have a hard time of picking a favorite dgd song. Believe me I get it. But this one is honestly my favorite nearly all of the time. There’s just something about it I can’t explain.
I seriously wish I had friends who liked or even knew who Dance Gavin Dance was--I just really wanna talk to everyone about this amazing album, but not a lot of my friends will be able to appreciate their sound. They'll complain about how "heavy" it is, and then they'll wonder how a small unassuming girl like me can even listen to stuff like this, and I'll just be sitting there, thinking, "Why the hell can't you just LISTEN?" It's so baffling to me how the few friends that have heard of Dance Gavin Dance don't like what they put out. WHAT?
Same. I'd heard of them before but I really didn't listen to them. That changed of course ad I jam out to them almost everyday. Will always love Inspire The Liars intro. Deception chorus is currently my fave
Ellen Cicchitti i know what you mean, but for me it would be my friends would be complaining about how heavy it's NOT and definitely about the singing. I would never hear the end of it.
I used to listen to this song all the time when it came out but I deleted and forgot it. Been trying to find it again for the last few weeks and so happy I finally did!
2:41 Tilian hits G5 which is absolutely mental.
Sooo impressive
Impressive Male or female and it even sounds like it might be full voice holy SHIT
Quiestre listen to- picturesque speak softly
That made me cream my pants just a little.....his voice is what I imagine heaven is like

3 albums in 2 years. Master work. They are gods.
Also: the 3 best albums, IMO...
Klyde Marmasett you mean 2? The live album doesn't really count.
well, technically, they released 3 albums, but if you mean "doesn't count" because they didn't write new material for it, then yeah, you're right, but only in that regard.
Klyde Marmasett "Here comes the winner"
right
DGD is the only band that I'll be listening to and make an audible "hm?" when I hear Jon screaming about sphincters and sprinklers or some shit
I feel sometimes the hook or chorus jon sings is often irrelevant 😂
@@jeremytannehill9427 It is not sometimes. Since Jon joined the band, most of his lyrics are from like a word randomiser. hahahahah. Classic Jon.
are you serious? I always wondered how lyrics can be so random
“moments together, sell them well” is just so powerful i cant explain it
🎉😅 sells pretty gahdamn hard
I get you I have looped that bit 6 timed 😅
Damn Tillian where did that come from?
This shit is really fucking good.
I feel like this is the most underrated song on this album.
That's bullshit, this is one of the highlights of this album. I've been listening to this, Philosopher King, and Betrayed By The Game nonstop recently.
the band is overall underrated. their music is too good for not a lot of people to know about it.
dude, the whole album is just freaking AWESOME
this song got me into dgd. not underrated at all!
this and man of the year are my favorite two by far.
Ugh, this is the kind of music I live for.
Moments together SEEEEEELL THEEEMM WELLLLLL
Trevor Gonzalez the best part
SO GOOD
rise records treats their fans good with all this free music. dgd is one of my favorites.
you are supposed to buy it if you like it
no job
Either way they're getting ad revenue. You should still buy it tho.
Joshua Heiss as someone who knows about how the youtube ad rev system works. RUclips pays very little.
Tiny Internet Squid and you expect Rise to be paying DGD butt loads for the music they produce. They make most of their money off of merch and memorbilia, coming from someone who knows the music industry.
Holy. Fuck. This. Album. Is. GOLD.
I spent $100 on this album by getting the vinyl, cassette, mp3, and two shirts. Regret? None.
that's a steal! ONLY a hundred dollars? nice.
I got a shirt at their show, woo
Id hope there's no regret lol
Moments together, Sell them well. My favorite part of the song
Mine tooo!
iConicTV dude straight up
SELL THEM!!!!!!WEELLLLLL!!!!
iConicTV FUCK YESS!!!

Some of the best play between clean and dirty lyrics on the album
Tilian just put himself in his own league on this song
0:56 the way tilian says “bold one’s” can make you feel a type of way.
Tillian gets better with every album. I mean, HOLY SHIT!
sounds like an absolute bitch live
Benny you serious? Look up him singing Betrayed by the Game. It's near perfect.
He's the most consistent singer live out of all DGD's previous singers.
he sounds better live. What you on? I need some of that
moments together sELLLLLLLLLLL THEEEEEEEEMM WELLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DANCE GAVIN DANCE BABYYYYY
DOWNTOWN BATTLE MOUNTAIN TWO

The single best song any post hardcore band has written
idk man of the year is on par if not better than this one for me, that being said. I FUCKING LOOOOOVE THIS SONG & DGD.

*SITTING ON A DILDO PILE THAT'S WHY YOUR ASS HURTS!*
Moments together, sell them well. This line hits me on such a personal level. I love it.
For once, a song where Jon's lyrics (mostly) make sense.
Breaking Light there's a lot of that on this album. I love it.
Breaking Light all his lyrics make sense he is very crypt in what he says. Makes him a lyrical genius just like Adam levine
"You're sitting on a dildo pile that's why your ass hurts" MY FAVORITE LYRIC EVER
Honestly he has some pretty confusing lyrics like the first couple of words from summertime gladness “endorphin orphan morphin lemon cheese equally”
DGD music is always so sweet to the ears.
Moments together, sell them well❤️❤️❤️😵😵😵
Seriously 😍
I couldn't get the meaning of this lyrics :( could you explain? (braziliam here)

This is arguably the best or one of the best songs on the album. This should've been a single. And why doesnt this have a few million views???
Best song. Just my opinion. Still a fan of it all, but this one hits different.
