For example the characters in Chup Chup Ke and in Punjabi House are different, especially Bandya (Rajpal Yadav). Neeraj Vora has rewritten the characters, their body languages and the dialogues. And even in Ramji Rao Speaking, how many similarities you find between babu rao and that character? (I forgot his name) FYI Ramji Rao speaking was also inspired from See The Man Run.

What difference does you see in Rajpal and Harisree other than the fact that Rajpal is bit over the top, not that it is bad. All Priyadarshan's movies are scene to scene copies. Only difference is timeline and sets. Malayalam movies were made decades back and hence have old cinematography. Malayalam movies are done in more believable sets.
Shandaar Analysis brother . They could have used Akshay & his Guruji in original movie to create another masterpiece based on Split personality disorder.
