Mick Chooses An Overdrive & A Delay Pedal - How Hard Can It Be?

- Опубликовано: 12 авг 2024
- I have a guest slot at a mate’s gig. What gear do I take?
Life too short for long RUclips videos? Please see the ‘Interesting bits and go-to sections’ information below.
Welcome to the show! Please excuse the indulgence. I’ve been invited to play and sing at my dear friend Neville’s gig. It’s not just a jam; it’s a fairly ‘serious’ show at a decent venue and Nev has asked me to bring my own amp. So what about pedals? How to choose something appropriate that makes me happy with - and inspired by - my tone… without overcomplicating it or being too overblown?
Dan very graciously helps me walk through a bunch of stuff - I want to end up with just two pedals ideally: one overdrive and one delay. Let’s see what unfolds!
Neville's gig is at Bath Komedia, 27 Feb 2022. Doors at 7:15.

"You're overthinking this" he says... to an audience who happily tunes in every Friday for an hour (or more!) of discussion about the nuances of guitars, pedals, amps, and associated philosophical musings.
My wife explained to about 12 women at her book club that I watch a weekly hour plus long RUclips channel that talks about guitar pedals. WHY???? and *confused* we're pretty much the reactions.
@@BrockBarr I mean my wife watches some shit on youtube that causes the same kind of reactions. People putting on their makeup while talking about true crime serial killer shit, tarot card readings, general vlogs, beauty gurus etc. Like, I don't get it.
@@Eliphas_Elric 'zactly
@@BrockBarr My non-playing wife loves watching TPS, Leon Todd, Rabea...she doesn't understand the terminology but she loves the passion and the playing!
Brilliant.
“…little switcher…” Dan…just say ‘Quartermaster’. We know you make it. We know you don’t want to shove The GigRig down our throats. We also know your stuff is excellent and we like you so we don’t mind!
Cheers mate 🙏
Hell yes. Bang on comment. Dan, please be more proud of GigRig. We love what you do. We want nothing but huge success for you.
Love my quartermaster!
@@Thatbobguy8 me too - I love your quartermaster too …
An hour and a half to pick two pedals…. Incredible. It’s taken me 3 years and I’m still undecided.
Awesome Comment!!
This one deserves a T SHIRT!
Would be able to do it in an hour and a half if we didn’t have to wait for one to sell before trying the next haha
I would spend maybe 5 minutes deciding, BOSS or TC Electronic :P
Absolute truth
1 year later, I think I finally got it right: Hermida Zen Drive -> SA Collider = DONE 🤟😎🍻💯🔥🔥🔥
I love how Mick is giving the "Just get a Marshall and turn it up!" guy an American accent!
Mick seems very american to me. Like intellectual midwestern.
I’m driving from Texas to Tennessee, through the night while the family sleeps, & this video has kept me company for the last hour and a half. It’s been the most enjoyable driving experience I’ve had in so long to just listen to this over the car speakers. Would’ve liked to watch, but that’s not exactly the safest thing ever. Pit stops over & time to get back in the road. Thanks for keeping me company tonight!
What impresses me the most is the pristine overdrive to the most angry, meaty fuzz can be had from 2 transistors, 4 resistors and 3 capacitors! All hail the Fuzz Face!
The behind the scenes tour was pretty awesome. I love seeing little details like that.
Thank you! We get asked from time to time so I thought it was about time!
@@ThatPedalShow No, thank you guys. This is hands down the best guitar gear show not just on youtube but probably in all of gear show history. The fact you guys also reply to comments really makes this feel like a community. You guys are great and doing a fantastic job. I should probably get me one of those D&M drives and another tshirt. I haven’t been giving back as much as I should.
Amazing name and pic 👏🏻
@@zeroamplification you’d be amazed at how many people think I’m some sort of misogynist. It’s like I’m living the scene in real life almost daily haha

At 6 minutes or so " a couple of centimeters here or there can make a massive difference " I must've said to my wife a thousand times, maybe one day she'll agree ,play on
Bwahahahahahhahaah
Doesn’t matter if it’s 7cm if you got 120 kilos pushing it in is what I say.
Thoroughly enjoyed this one chaps and really impressed with the mature, self aware decision making at the conclusion. Really hope you enjoy your gig Mick - sounds incredible from here
Thank you kindly!
I think fans of TPS, of which I am a massive one, will agree that this type of show is the essence of the reason we tune in every week. Love you guys. I would love to see Dan take the same challenge with the Tele and maybe another show with something with P90s, as the focus. Selfishly, could you suggest some more budget friendly options that could approach what you achieved? My personal favorite today was the Fuzzface and the delay, but needless to say, there was nothing wrong with the other combinations.
“Drink some beer! Get a Marshall turn it up!” Words to live by
Amen
A couple months back I picked up a used D&M Drive and love it. It's become the main overdrive I use on my board, it's really that good, yet it was only today I found out D&M drive stands for Dan and Mick so I had to find your channel and tell you that you guys did an amazing job with that pedal! It's really one of the best I've ever come across.
Ah, thanks so much 🤓🙏
I whole heartedly agree! I bought one about a month after they were released and it has not left my board since!
Thanks lads. Loved two aspects particularly: "the Stevie setup doesn't encourage my creativity" and "I won't have time to think like that during a gig". Gold.
At 25:50 where Mick asks: “What are you hearing?”
Me: “A great guitar player who could probably just plug into a shoe and sound good.”
Love this video guys! I’ve always really enjoyed having to make a small board for sit-in gigs. There’s an argument in there somewhere for it pushing you as a player in my opinion!
So much wisdom shared on this video. And yes, the work and preparation we dive in BEFORE makes all the difference for us to feel comfortable and at home when we’re actually using the gear. Love you, guys! 🤘🏻🖤
Don't apologize - this is fascinating and we are happy to see you happy! Enjoy the gig
Another great video. I am not much of a pedal guy, and I have to say that when you first plug into your amps and start playing without any pedals, the tones you guys get are awesome, all on their own. There is something about the warmth of a tube amp that goes straight to your heart.
really informative, love that you paid so much attention to the interactivity between the amp and the pedals. Years ago when you bought KLONS direct from bill finnegan, he always asked what amp you were going to use it with, some people on the forums used to mock him for that... However he was right if you have an amp with large swathes of character and you marry it with a pedal that has similar character it just wont gel. The two rock is such a beautiful amp, but its fast in its attack, its why i struggle to play mine if I'm not in the mood..a soft TS style drive or a compressor compliments it nicely and allows me to get away with the ever constant fumbling whilst playing. thanks for this episode, twas fun!!
these were glorious tones in this episode - what a joy to watch 👍🏻
I'd really really love to have the chance to watch or listen to Mick's upcoming gig together with Neville and band.
Excellent video- thanks guys! Haven’t finished watching but very much enjoying this process!
What a terrible, wonderful dilemma! Having such depth of gear and knowledge, that deciding on two pedals for two songs allows us to share an hour and a half geeking out in a manner that most wouldn’t understand! Thanks for sharing, Dan and Mick!
Not that my opinion is relevant at all, but the most emotional moment of the show for me was fuzz face into delay. A couple of weeks ago I was playing with a friend with tele into fuzz face into powerboost into echoplex and those 3 pedals provided a million sounds and everything in between via the guitar's volume knob, up to the point I am thinking of selling my drives. The more I grow up the more I lean towards those "early" sounds, which to me are the most liberating as they give the greatest ability to shape/change the sound according to the mood of the day.
Yeah man! Agreed here - of course your opinion is relevant, thank you!
Absolutely awesome video Mick & Dan! One of my favs, a lovely insight into how you’d put a little board together for a specific gig, wonderful ☺️ Bloody love you guys 🤘🏻
Guys, thanks for your show. I've learned so, so, sooo much about guitars and gear in general via your channel. Since I've first heard "Roads" by amazing Portishead, I was fascinated with guitar pedals. Before that I was Boss Metalzone into clean Vox amp, no delay, no reverb kinda guy, playing in metal bands. One song and my whole life changed forever. It was almost 15 years ago, and I'm still finding something insightful in your videos every time i watch one. After spending so much time experimenting with boutique reverbs, delays and all this wonderful ambient weirdness, I really enjoy watching you play with different overdrives. Just classic electric guitar tone, which made us all pick up an instrument in a first place. Sweet, sweet, sweet.
Haven't got to the end yet, but I've found this goal oriented process is extremely helpful - totally on the money. Well done. 😁👍🏻
Yes, goal-oriented and with stakes. I had to watch to the end. It was a great format!
Agreed!
Lovely to see Gtown on the show. I’ve got the single channel versions of that pedal and they’re spectacularly good!
loved the deep dive into the tones your looking for, even if it is only for two songs+ possible encores and added jams... great tones guys. On another note, love to see a deep dive into Mike Dawson's finger style pedal board. Great work guys....
One of the best episodes I've seen in ages (and they're all good). It just felt so personal.
End of VCQ: "It'll be a short video this week."
Stream ends, Dan looks at Mick, Mick looks at Dan. Dan raises little finger to side of mouth, "mwuhahahahahahaaaa!!"
Mick in his best Ian McDiarmid impression: "Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen."
I’m sure someone has suggested it, but I would love a follow up Vlog of this with Portions of Mick in sound check, and then some type of live sound capture from the show, whether that’s Dan in the audience, or routing audio off to a zoom with some video from the side of the stage. It would be great to hear and see how this turns out. And then finally some after thoughts on what it was like to be back on stage again, and Overall thoughts on how the rig worked out. I know that’s a huge ask, but would be a lovely conclusion to this.
Cheers, and thank you as always for the hard work and great content.
One of the best shows this year. It’s what we all do. There is no right or wrong, it is subjective and comes down feel. It was cool to see your thought process. And the show was about pedals!
Enjoyed the behinds the scenes stuff, great tones and info as always guys. Thanks.
Fun episode! Overthinking and guitar tone are two of my favorite hobbies!
When you’re the co-host of TPS I imagine: exceptionally hard. 🙌🏻😂
That's what she said!
*grabs my coat*
I always complain about the short shows so I wanted to make and THANK YOU! For a proper length show. The difference is today felt like the old TPS. No rush, no hurry. You took time to explore different sounds and not just plug, play and move on. GREAT SHOW!!
Great video thanks. Hope, Mick, the gig went well. And a good reminder of the benefits of getting out playing out there, or just having a live jam with friends. It brings energy purpose, and some nerves that helps improvements and also gives some creativity and growth. Great sounds too.
90 minute video to choose 2 common pedals he uses every day. Yup, That Pedal Show! 🤷🏻♂️😆
Bloom and bigness in the bottom end... 😋
This is super timely for me as I’m starting to book gigs again. My Novo Serus J and my Two Rock Traditional Clean, and my Fulltone Tube Tape Echo are givens but I’m really trying to settle in on a drive and go sans pedalboard - just one pedal on the floor. Really considering just using my Sunface and my volume pot!
Thanks for the video! Keep up the “indulgence” of getting with Dan and testing out pedals
This quite honestly was one of my favorite shows. I have been agonizing over what to match with my new deluxe reverb and have spent hours just running through pedals. I gotta thank you for convincing me I haven’t gone crazy and sparking my interest in the clockwork and the duellist and the holy grail. Great stuff!
As it turns out - pretty damn hard!
Actually, lately I've stopped indulging myself when building boards, and try to make them more focused. I'd rather have 4 focused boards with just a few pedals, than a HUGE one that does EVRYETHING. Which is another form of indulgence I guess, but it's the method I prefer. It also forces me to change stuff around constantly, which is great for creativity and not getting stuck in a rut. Having fewer options usually sparks creativity and makes for a way better end result, at least in my experience.
We often forget what this gear is all for: to serve the song and the music.
Nordvang Triple Gain. Just being released, hard to get, pricey (but not expensive I think), yet it is 3 of the best drives pedals ever in 1 enclosure, done the right way.
I love when Dan gets lost in modulation and or time effects and starts playing the effect. Never fails to move me. The same is true for Mick and a juicy fuzz tone, I always love where that takes you and i'm there for every moment.
The video as a whole is awesome, really cool getting to see the journey of picking through the different types of overdrive to fit the gig. Immensely practical and super cool to give a different context to these pedals.
Every time I watch this show it inspires me to get my pedal board out and play, thanks guys,,,mick your sounding great 👍👌
The Gladio sounded amazing though the Two Rock!
Loved Dan's dig-it face 38:53
If anyone can pick two pedals to make a rig sound great, it’s Mick and Dan.
This was immensely informative and entertaining. Would love to see more episode in this format featuring gigging guest musicians or session guitarists.
Love this guys , Thanks . Very Helpful .Shows like this are my fav . and I also love live band stuff with Dougie and Pick-n-Mix .Love the Pick and Mix .
All fun and games until its time to make a decision - I think the dual drive sounded great too
I can do a (bare minimum) gig with a Boss DD-500 = (any delay sound you could ever want) and my Barber Gain Changer = (gorgeous edge of breakup to classic rock) Strat, Princeton Amp. Always enjoy: Behind the Scenes footage.
Can’t fathom how they,D & M,haven’t picked up on the Gain Changer.Good call.
This was is almost one of my favourites shows watching you phalanges get sorted for one of your own rigs. So much love for you guys! Cheers Sam
What a great episode!! More of this please.
Coincidentally, today’s choice of pot noodle was a difficult one. I eventually went with a “Fusions Chilli Chicken”
In other news… my delay pedal is the effect I switch the most regularly, which I always thought was weird. You’d think that as it fundamentally just adds repeats of your tone they wouldn’t vary that much, but they do and affect “feel” in a big way.
But did it take 87 minutes for you to choose your pot noodle you were going to consume in 10 minutes?
I tend tp leave my elcapistan on and use the "favorite" switch for a set solo delay sound. I programmed a boost and a hint of reverb built in to the pedals "hidden" functions😁
"chicken in the corn and the corn can't grow mama" 🎶
I appreciate that your signature pedal still has to win a spot on your pedal board, so many artists use their signature gear regardless if it is the best fit for the application they are using it for. For me Keeley makes the best drive pedals, modded or original. My board's drive section is a red dirt, filaments, fuzz bender, and aria. Red dirt main overdrive, I use the drive in the Aria as a boost, fuzz for fuzz, and filaments as my higher gain option, but I do have a Triple Crown, so I have two additional drive options on the amp also.
One of the most interesting episodes I've seen. This is the struggle of most guitar players. Finding what works for your style and rig with so many amazing options to choose from. It truly is the golden age of electric guitar gear.
Thanks for the great show, I always appreciate the shows allowing us along the journey. Mick needs his own nordvang pedal, I would love his take on a klon and tube screamer in one.
Could you guys do a “Five Watt World” go using a Fender Champ and maybe one or two pedals? I’m thinking like a reverb and an overdrive. Seem like fun? Run the Tele, the Strat and a Lester into it. How much can you do with something so very simple?
If I had to sound like me with two pedals, I think I'd go with the Fairfield ~900 and the Strymon Deco.
Great show, guys! Mick, it'd be great to see the outcome of this journey with some footage of the show. Thanks!
Great episode! Cool to see how emotionally engaged Mick is - as you can tell from the red color in his face towards the end. As a follow-up, here‘s two things I‘d like to see next: 1. Please let us have a detailed review of the show. Would love to hear whether or not all the thoughts that went into selecting the pedals payed off as expected. 2. I‘d really love to see your in-depth review of the G-Town Dualdrive Holygrail. It is such an incredible versatile and great sounding pedal, and I sense you‘ve only scratched the surface: You plugged it in, it sounded great, no matter what settings you chose. But I could see that you had no idea of how to tweak it to your liking. I‘d recommend checking out the clipping mode switches and the difference of powering this with either 9V or 18V. This opens up so many tonal options. That said, the pedal spoke for it self: It was the one that you seem to have the least experience with - and within few notes it was instant love! With the pedals you know well, you did far more of tweaking and rationalizing - only to find out the HolyGrail is it….
On original Dumble amps there's a FET (NTE 452) bias trimmer which can make a significant difference (just like bias in a transistor based fuzz or drive pedal) in the quality and tone of the clipping it creates. I'd be curious if the two-rock has the same (would assume yes it does) and if so a tech with proper scope can adjust it for something you may like even better than how it is now.
Great idea but it does sound good as is
Was surprised to see the Protein didn't make the cut. It's been my favorite pedal for low/medium gain blues and rock sounds for a while now. It has a much rounder, more natural sound than other dual ODs for me. Either way, hope the gig works out well
From years of watching TPS and noticing what they like, Id say its too round, too nice for Micks taste.
I’ve tried dozens of overdrive pedals and the protein (blue side mostly) absolutely nails it for me. Also consider im mostly a Les Paul player, so a lot of OD pedals don’t react well (too much fizzy or mud, hard to get edge of breakup tone)… the protein handles it with perfection.
I want more of these for different gigs y’all do! I love seeing the process behind the decisions.
Can I say I love this show, especially through the last couple of years as it has been a blessed release from crazy shit, but, it’s just a little but………I am truly truly envious of the pedals you have. Man alive I’d love a room where they are on the shelf!
Keep on keeping gents, pls.
An oasis in another wise mad world (still)
Does anybody else watch these videos making notes of all the pedals they subsequently want to try? Every Friday my list gets longer.
I take screen shots when I don’t have pen and paper hand, then make notes later.
I’d love to hear how the gig goes and if you ended up being happy with your choices!
Holy cow, I thought you guys said this was going to be a short show this week! Looking forward to watching this over the weekend - cool
The behind the scenes stuff was great. Made me realize I would love to see a full studio tour video.
Number of times aspirational adjectives like "smooth" and "soft" were invoked: I lost count.
Number of times THE *TONE KNOB* was utilized: ... ?
;)
I did really enjoy this, don't get me wrong, but as a long-time Strat devotee myself, I'll never understand why so many people complain about "harsh" ("brittle," etc.) frequencies as if there's no way to address this, y'know, on the guitar itself lol Actually makes me want to go back and re-watch your video on impedance, come to think of it. Anyway, thanks always for posting, gentlemen!
Very good point. I only really stumbled upon the volume and tone knobs myself in the last few years, and since then k don’t think I ever have the tone on 10 for a strat, tele or LP bridge pup. My favourite sound on a LP (or mine anyway), is bridge pickup on vol 8, tone 6, and neck pickup on vol 4, tone 10. All give or take a notch.
I guess I don’t talk about them because I just use them intuitively, all the time. However… the big deal about the tone pots on the guitar is that not only are we adjusting a different range of frequencies than the treble and presence pots on the amp, the more significant point is about adjusting EQ pre and post gain. So taming back the guitar ends up driving OD through the trebles of the pedal and amp differently. There are some epic sounds in that for sure, but that all-out full up is //the// Strat sound for me. I’ll use the tone pots to tame back some rhythm parts maybe, and for specific stuff here and there, but taking away the top end pre gain for me anyway, also kills a lot of the excitement and touch sensitive stuff. Doing it in the pedal and/or amp is a different result. Cheers!
@@ThatPedalShow I get that it’s a different result (technically), but in a scenario like this which is kind of all about compromise, I would’ve just thought like a 2% change on a pot could’ve solved some of the problems well enough to have them solved… well enough 🤷🏼♂️😄 Maybe more future episodes on how to work within pretty strict limitations(?) I know there’ve been quite a few on that *general* theme, but I feel like there are so many good lessons to learn from limitations that it’s a theme probably worth continued exploration. Regardless, again, thanks for all the great work! (Not trying to troll! lol)
My personal style and tastes typically lean toward Mick’s strats and blues tones, but Dan+Red+TwoRock was a special sound. Let’s mix in some more of that!
Yeah man! That top end of the Tele really works with the TR!
On the simplest level, I hope it's a great gig for you Mick. Enjoyable and satisfying... Neville's a great guy and you know (really) that you'll get your tone and relax into it. Have a good one...
My fave episode for a while. I guess it's because I have this same conversation with myself every Saturday afternoon before leaving for a gig. I'm going to add this to my Cork Sniffers playlist.
I thought the Dualist sounded MUCH better than the Dualdrive. Nothing compared to the TS808 into the Klon. Something tells me that is what you actually took with you to the gig. ;-)
Maybe if the gig's in Guildford, but he ain't taking that Klon north of the river!
Mick @ 1:36 - "Don't want to over-think it"
Me:
We couldn’t do it any other way. :0)
@@ThatPedalShow - naturally :D I'm only 15 minutes in (heh...), but...whenever I've been asked to play a gig, I've made the assumption that they want me to sound like "me in a normal show" - ergo, I just take my standard gear that they'd have heard before and don't think any harder than that. Did you consider that, or was it a "This is a great excuse to play with loads of pedals and get some content into the bargain" thing?
@@Toniitony - that's precisely the point of my question.
Or were you referring to the original comment? In which case, did you miss the bit where it was a joke, and that's how the guys took it?
I would have done and do that every week for playing at church. Nice job. Thank you for including us in.
Tape echo / tap tempo , options of slap/dotted and 1/4 note.. has to be the Volante, I also had you choosing the Gladio or Broadcast into the TS .. I was so wrong
Give me the J Rockett Dude and a Carbon Copy and I’d be fine.
I use an xotic SL Drive and a Lovepedal Gen 5 Echo.
Definitely a “short” show as promised.
Ah, we couldn’t do it to you. The short one is still there. Maybe next week.
@@ThatPedalShow Nooooo
@@ThatPedalShow I love the long shows!
More videos like this would be sick! The process of putting together rigs/choosing gear for gigs, recording, etc!
Greate video, because there is a lot of content that we musicians can related to, especially for us less experienced with our equipment. The behind-the-scenes view was great, helps us (me) that want to do our own recordings, even though there are hundreds or more videos for this. For us that watch you guys all the time, beyond thankful.
I just watched this one today (11 months late) and love it for the same reason you mentioned. These guys are great and know all too well the task of trying to match the pedals for the guest appearance to a friend's band. It's easy to overthink it and thought was the case here but the variable I hadn't considered was the two-rock amp. I do not like tube screamers but this was such a case where the mids of one worked well. Then there is the case of being "that Strat guy" who is another SRV wannabe. Great video!
1st 🥇
I first heard the Clockwork on your analog delay episode, and was fortunate to get one this past holiday season! I love the clarity of it, and if you hold the tap button down, it goes into slapback mode so you don't have to try tapping it in extremely fast. Another great show, looking forward to VCQ!
This video was for me the best I’ve seen. On a common setup (which is what you did) ppl can make up their own mind on what is good for them. Very cool. More of this would be interesting on different setup suggestions
To be honest, it was fun seeing you guys so clearly in your happy place. Or happy hunt. Very cool.
Best TPS ever! I watched every minute. I loved the emotional stakes :)
Putting some time, effort and thought into it is showing respect for the gig and the blues. I call it professionalism and work ethic, definitely not over thinking it.
I come back to this one from time to time just to hear "yeah man, drink some beer, get a Marshall and turn it up" in that accent. TPS gold
Awesome show today! Hope to see footage from your upcoming gig! 🤘
This channel get better and better! I like these freestyle vlogs with a real life themes. The behind the scenes clip was a bonus.
Wow, that Two Rock is just an amazing amp it sounds crazy good just the amp and delay and you'll be in the zone anyway great show as always!!!
Awesome video.. watched while I was getting my rig ready.. making sure everything is on point. Right now my pedal board consists of a NS-2, Super Overdrive 40th, TS-9 that I modded to a 808. Then through the effects loop I have a Oceans 11. I use a 1973 Les Paul Gold Top with Humbuckers and the amp is a Peavey Windsor That I modded for a clean break up.. did not like the stock drive was unusable.. I run the amp to a 4x12 cab that has V-30's at top and 70/80s on the bottom. I really dig this setup.. now the super overdrive is my main drive and the tube screamer gets stacked for leads with the built in amp boost.
you`ll never need another Strat mick, its dead right, looks ,tone ,,
its you! just as Dan`s tele brings out his Jekyll & Hyde character,
great show again chaps, hope we get to hear the performance.👍
I've paused the video at 3:20 with the main reason being - I think this might be THE perfect TPS episode. Conceptually ticking all the boxes for me - a great idea, thank you,
Awesome show. Tks! 👍🏾🔥🔥🔥
I would have loved to see you try out the chase bliss tonal recall for your delay. With the dip switches and presets on board you could have set up a delay sound, a psudo-tremolo sound, and a chorus sound in one pedal. I love this video concept. There can be a lot of growth in fighting limitations. Thank you both for your work!
Great fun lads. It was the TS and the Gladio that really caught my ear today. Hope the gig goes great.
Only thing missing was ‘all of them on’ ;-)
Great theme for the episode, thanks for showing the mic/ recording setup...have always been curious about that.
That was a fun video. I played along using similar pedals and amp. Had fun.
I really loved this episode - was very intrigued by your A/B test of the TS and the SD-1W as I’ve heard people say they are very similar in character but they sounded vastly different to my ears. At the mo my pedalboard is basically my SD-1W along with a Mooer Orange 90 and a HoF2 - all going into a modded Pro Junior IV - I have a simple setup as I mostly play open mics and turning up with a big board is a bit of overkill for just a couple of songs 👍🏼
Thoroughly enjoyable episode again! I don’t remember seeing you guys try it, but would love to see/hear your thoughts on the Cornerstone Antique V2. That pedal is a complete game charger for me!
