he Warp Prism is a Protoss transport unit, produced at the Robotics Facility. In Legacy of the Void, it can pickup units from a larger distance (5 range away). The Warp Prism can shuttle up to eight cargo of Protoss units while in Transport Mode (see table below). Unlike other transports, the Warp Prism can convert to Phasing Mode, which renders it stationary while it provides the Psionic Matrix in an area around it. This allows units from Warp Gates to warp in around the Warp Prism, and it can even allow buildings to be powered or warped in without the need for a nearby Pylon. The Warp Prism's movement speed can be improved by researching the Gravitic Drive upgrade at the Robotics Bay.
Used to Warp In expensive units like Dark Templar, for building or worker harass, or Warping In a bunch of Zealots for a good attack chance on multiple buildings and causing Threat to force the opposing main army back to defend the main base.

This timing is perfect. I've just got back into SC2 after not playing for about 6 years and worked my way up from Bronze to Gold league. Definitely noticed my micro is letting me down now and had looked into using the warp prism a couple days ago

Additional Tip - attack move a prism on one of your units to get the prism to follow it and not pick it up

You can use hotkeys trainers in Arcrade. Most important is to force yourself to NEVER produce anything without keyboard. What helps me a lot with warp prism was focusing on DT drop, archon drop or proxy Immortal. With this kind of build, you have to be good with the warp prism :)

My question is how about the ability to start structures under the warp prism pylon mode? I have two questions - what happens with the warping building like gateway, shield battery or photon cannon after the warp prism pylon mode is gone? Do the buldings are automatically cancelled? If not do they continue to be build even after the pylon field is gone? Do they stay stuck in production like the terran buildings when the scv left in the middle of the construction phase? Very curious about these

You can do it when moving :) It's harder but stronger

I will. I don't really use the Stargate at the moment because of the bug on oracles. But I work on some build :)
