    For anyone having issues with kicks will find this will unlock the next level. Most coaches only focus on the hip, foot pivot and angle but never mention the upper body.

    yeah mad, get it going slowly so the nervous system addapts, add the flow and moment with that will be good techniqe and with that will come the power.
