- Here’s my new Crockett’s Theme Remix 2023
The famous song from the Miami Vice tv series with Don Johnson that was produced between 1984 and 1989. Crockett’s was originally composed by Jan Hammer.
For this version of the famous song I used my Korg Kronos 61 and Korg Kronos 88. All the sounds you hear in the video are from the instruments.

I really miss this kind of music. It sounds quite simple on the surface, but has a surprising depth of composition. The latter is what's missing from modern electronic music for the most part.
The old classics are the best
It's quality chord sequences and really catchy hooks that are NOT cheesy, makes it instantly recognisable and easy to listen to over and over again!

It's good, but too fast... The opening chords should be held 3 times as long, and the tempo of the melody, about half its current pace... Other than that, this is fantastic 😍😍😍😍
Playing it at 0.75, distorts the sound a little, but seems to be a good compromise to getting the right pacing for the main tune 👍👍👍👍
