Thanq for the video, I normally make a complete mess, I've got 5 boxes of celebration chocolate to wrap & you've given me an idea how to wrap them, I just HOPE my patients & arthritis doesn't flare up doing the wrapping.
    THANKS.

This needs paper dimensions - imagine a tin 6 inches high and 10 inches in diameter. Your paper needs to be a little more than 16 inches wide to get the pleats to meet top and bottom. The length needs to be 10 times Pi (Diameter times 3.142) plus overlap. A sheet 33 inches long by 17 inches wide would work.
