He is a breeder located in CA. But they are readily available at reptile expos and on line stores as wild caught specimens.

This is so cool Colin! I have a baby bearded dragon named Charlie and I love him dearly. I'd like to keep a painted agama in the future, so I appreciate this well informed video. Keep it up!
