Life changing video, honestly.
Agreed SubhanAllah 😢
Subhan'allah the heart is where the anxiety depression resides it is in remembrance of Allāh ﷻ , the heart finds peace. Subhan'allah
Thank you for this podcast.
Jazakallah Khair for this reminder. I’ve been having an extremely difficult time watching the suffering our people all over the world. In Palestine the evidence is overwhelming. May Allah keep you close to Him.
In the Name of Allah!
A little off topic, but first I wanted to thank you for posting this beautiful reminder...!
I came up as a revert to Islam within the Salafi understanding...
If some "sufi's" follow that which can be traced back to our beloved Prophet, I will continue to follow them too...
“Salafi” is a modern movement, Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jamah and the Sufis (who follow Shariah) were already Salafi its been sadly mistaken to think otherwise

I think it's important to say "not all"
Just as "not All" Salafi's are correct.
And Allah Azzawajel knows best....
سبحان الله..و جزاك الله خيرا..

This is very good for prevention and as tools to use during psychological intervention. Inshallah we can develop (or redevelop) a fully integrated shari’ paradigm for modern muslim psychologists and scientists/medical practitioners in general.
Ma sha Allah. We need more videos to inspire hope as hope is very little commonly.
Subhanallah
Good video for people dealing with rather superficial depression and anxiety, makes reference to oft-repeated concepts of remembering Allah SWT as a way of healing the heart. I think it’s a great general reminder but lacks nuance when it comes to people dealing with medical depression/anxiety that isn’t rooted in a particular event or disappointment. Also I found the comment about aboriginal traditional beliefs to be a bit patronizing.
So where is the free will if allah makes us do dhikr etc?
spell Allahs name in caps #remember it
He doesn’t make you do it. Are you doing it tell me the truth? If no then you are excercisinf your will to refuse to do dhikr.
first
Ther is smthng in ths guys white look that i just suspiciously unauthentic
what a terrible comment to write and terrible assumption to make. check yourself.
Not at all.
