Jaja really funny the precursors leaving and archive signature on the void next to a big dangerous leviathan creature just to store some corrupted blueprints of a submarine...
I mean when you think about it light and sound are both waves. So when something turns invisible it’s because it allows light waves to pass through it completely without reflecting any. So most likely in a sci-fi world in theory technically a creature that can allow waves through itself completely will be able to evade sonar detection the same way. I know it’s a stretch but it’s a video game universe in the end.
When the silence hunts it literally absorbs ambient sounds. That's why everything goes quiet when it's near. A sonar ping would just get sucked into it as well without coming back to you.

you have some brave balls doing that i wouldn't even go near the void
Bruh fr me too
I thought they modded the ability to break the cyclops' glass windshield at the start
Uhhhh... well, glad that didn't happen... 😅
Why not use stasis rifle?
I am actually fuming right now I didn't think of that. and there was even one IN THE CYCLOPS! WHYYYYYY that could have saved me so much pain...
@@GmodEnjoyer61 Well, at least you made content))
@@GmodEnjoyer61 you did it the fun way
@@Jordandor99 That is true... but now that's gonna be one of those regrets that keep me up at night... 😂
The veterans:
*tracking location… TARGET SPOTTED*
*running out of cyclops with heat knife and stasis rifle
I know it turns invisible but why can it hide from the sonar
I don't know 😕 maybe to make it scarier, but I'd think seeing the thing on sonar would be more shocking.
