Hi mista!! Keep up the good work !! Pls answer some questions if u can. I own a PX200FD mod 2000. I've got already a Pinasco 215 with a sip road2 exhaust, open holes filter and mj 122 !! I'm planning to change it with a new Malossi 210 sport PNP and modify the standard head for better performance of compression !! My question is:. if I keep the sip road2 and the open filter, what is your suggestion for mj (si24 carb) and what is the ignition settings (precise degrees) shall I adjust the stator !! Thanks in advance !!

I'm using the standard crank (and intend to use the same for the malossi).. but I don't know what the timing settings are now. I think my technician said "totaly closed" (probably that means stator mark on A ?) !! And as I said before main jet 122 on a si24 carb, open holes filter.. and sip road2 exhaust !! The question still is:. what main jet and what timing settings you suggest for the Malossi 210 sport ?? Btw, 1,2mm is what I've had in my mind to modify the standard head !! Thanks again...
Also forgot to tell you that the Malossi 210 sport kit is still for sale from sip with no head.. so I've order this kit.. and that's why I'm going to use and modify the standard head !!
Is it normal that ignition setting have incidence on the choke ? On 18° the choke dont want to work. Engine stop when it’s on. The carb is pwl 26. I try pilot jet 32 to 52 and no success. Do you have any tips ?
Another great video. Managed to set my timing to 17 degrees for Pinasco Vespone RX 190. I thought it was 18 degrees but instructions say 17.

yes they can and often are. check fuel. supply. at first. which fuel. tap?

Malossi sport comes. With a cinder head! Set squish to 1,2mm a head gasket is perhaps needed. Which crank with which intale. Timings are u using?

Flywheel aprox 1,5mm / stator 1mm = 1degree

Hi mate, could incorrect timing cause a holed piston on polini 210 alloy kit. Seems to run lean no matter what jets I use
thats a ignition timing and carb setting issue
Have used the plug and play tuning setup. Will check timing with strobe. Your vids are great, thanks
