I’ve always questioned how congress was able to have prayer during sessions with a Chaplin it is very clearly unconstitutional but I guess they don’t want to exercise that check of power since they’re all probably religious.
Religious freedom was about encouraging the worship of the one and only GOD by not favoring one religion over another, it was not about encouraging the worship of any idol. And freedom of speech, the founders had something kind of noble in mind 🙏🙏

Moreover, will Artificial General Intelligence be afforded the same rights as a corporation in the future? Or, because it may be claimed to be conscious, will it be afforded God given inalienable rights as a human being?

The separation of church and state was not to stop religion it was to stop the Government from intervening in a persons right to worship.
The separation of church and state is to protect religion from politics and to protect politics from religion. Freedom of speech is NOT ABSLOUTE.
