How to set mode a Battery Capacity/Voltage Tester

1. Hold the 'Setting Key' while powering the Tester to enter Battery Setting Mode.
2. Press the 'Setting Key' to select battery type.
3. Press the 'Switch Key' to adjust the battery quantity.

4. Hold the 'Switch Key' to enter the S1-S5 Selection Mode.
•S1 - Display Percentage/Voltage alternatively for every 2s.
•S2 - Enter Sleep Mode in 10s after the displayed.
•S3 - Turn off/on the Backlight
•S4 - Blank
•S5 - Battery Type Selection
5. Press the 'Setting Key' to select from S1-S5, the press the 'Switch Key to TURN ON OR OFF the selected Function.
6. Power of to save the Settings.

Finally someone explains the settings! My problem now is it won’t show battery percentage. Shows empty battery at 0%. Shows 51V on a 48v system which is fine (new batteries) but won’t show %. How do I fix this?

@@mustafagak2852 yes figured out the setting but it’s still not giving an accurate readout. It fluctuates severely but it give me an idea when at rest or not moving

Can’t get set-up I have a 36 volt system 6 6 volt battery’s lead acid what should my settings be, tried P 3 but all I get is 13.1 volt no percentage? What am I doing wrong

I didn't know it requires to be set up until after I installed it.
Anyway, I skipped the setup bit (cos maybe the meter and the BMS communicated somehow)
100% @54.6vdc Full Bar....which is normal, so far....:)
(i'll show concern if none of these figure change during the course of discharge)
Shall run it for a while on same charge and see if anything looks "not quite right".
Did the ol' paper and pen bit prior to getting this nifty gauge, and it will be helpful determining the accuracy.
Voltage Check on Multimeter = 54.6vdc
Voltage Check on Voltage Unit = 54.3vdc (i'm not going to whine about .3 diff)
anyway, one of them MUST be correct!. 😂
The reason I am writing this is because the dude make this video showed 4 cells, which is cool, but the problem I realised from then on was I do NOT now how many individual cells there are in my 48V/20AH pack...

Hey is there a way to hook this up to charge controller or inverter. I just bought same one for it. I have a small 300w solar panels and 200 amps of batteries (2). 100amp each. Regular battery monitors are 75 bucks and up on Amazon. So I got this one for 10 bucks. How do you hook this up to a small solar system?

No sir.. the maximum series of battery is 17 and the maximum voltage that it can handle is 70v

In this case he should had a setting of L1 for a battery cell series = "4 count" {1 lithium battery series count is - 4 single cells count as 1 unit add}
