Thank you so much! I’m at the stage of deciding whether to pay the insane price for ProStitcher Lite (I love the idea of it!). Your troubleshooting video actually reassures me that there’s great help out there WHEN (not if) something goes wrong - like a locked machine - who would have guessed it would take such a non-intuitive process to unlock it.
