I just started my own little coffee company in the mountains of NC. This is incredibly inspiring. You mention that you wanted to avoid smokier roasts in the beginning, I live in a studio apartment where i small batch roast. I get what you mean wholeheartedly. There is no sense of love and community quite like a good cup of coffee. thank you so much for the words of wisdom!🥰💁♀💅
Fascinating! It's so surprising that there's so many small coffee companies out there and how there always seems to be room for more. I guess it's probably good you all didn't research that on a national level and just saw the local possibilities, otherwise you may not have even started. How lucky having a market so near to inspire you, and a neighbor! It's so very interesting to hear this story.
i’m in PA trying to do the same thing. what licensing did you have to get? i’m incorporated but what else did you need to do to be able to sell at markets etc.
Is you coffee as good as the one you get at the sandals resorts? No bitter at all! It was So great and smoothly robust without bitter. Blue mountain Jamaican coffee cones close n so does the skull n bones but still not as good.

Although I live in England now, it’s nice to read about such positive developments in my native Montgomery County.
