    Well one of the least pro tutorial out there and I watched a few but blimey the only one that actually got me to play a few notes and that on the second day of buying the cornet , so I am darn grateful thank you so much for posting !!!!!!!! Goes to show simple is best ......

    My son has weekly lessons at school. There is 25 mins talk and listening to songs and 5 mins play. He is 8. He said he doesn’t want to play anymore but he’s good at getting notes out. We watched this vid and he’s motivated to try again, on his own. Thank you

      You can't go wrong with a 60s or 70s cornet made by a good manufacturer. You can pick up Olds Ambassadors cheap and you won't get a better cornet than that..

    This was great for me I needed lessons on G,C and F I'm renting my instrument it cost me 100 bucks but I have it

    ...I JUST PICKED UP A CORNET FOR $40, too. This was a great lesson. I was playing after a few trys. This will get me on the path to playing with my sons. Thank you. :-)

    I have a coronet that was made to look like a trumpet

      If it looks like a trumpet and sounds like a trumpet, then its a trumpet lol.

      *cornet and it sounds similar to trumpet but there is a distinctive difference between the 2

      ust purchase a v-shaped deep trumpet mouthpiece it will do the job im playing on a flugelhorn mouthpiece on my trumpet sound is a matter of taste not which is best or not but taste it gives me the cornett sound or more like a flugelhorn sound not that Sharp trumpet sound sorrey for my bad inglish im Norwegian

    Coronets are smaller trumpets I have one it's golden Coronets are lighter in sound i believe and are better in jazz
